Jone06 - thanks and no problem. Been in since day one and KAV have done everything to plan so far. Good management and great geologists. Barnetpeter 17 May '19 - 17:50 - 418 of 422 Bought some today..terrible spread though. Need some serious volume I guess to clear the fed up bulls. -------------------------------------------------------------- Stale bulls? KAV only came to market last August on the main market not AIM and just reached an all time high on Friday. There are no stale bulls to talk about mostly only LTHs who are natural resource fans. And the spread is nothing like it appears and should only improve and get tighter with increased volumes as we've been seeing as the KAV story get out there. As Mike Moles said in an interview back at the end of last year when asked about investor interest. "How have you found investor interest in the project?" "I think a lot of investors are quite excited about the story to be honest. It is a pot of gold type story. It has the attraction of being a huge deposit. So a lot of people who like to take a chance on something are very keen on this project. They are excited about it. And I think if we get a sniff of what we suspect might be there then I think the big investors, the big institutions will then start to take notice. Well they are already taking notice actually but I think they are holding fire until we find something a little bit more substantial. And then I expect things will really start to take off." https://youtu.be/6e5dc7NJOxg

Skiboy, thanks again for your tireless research. Some nice movement this week although I fear the heard will be starting to circle given the 4 weeks +/- to assay results. Let's just hope the 30% spread keeps the rampers and day traders at bay. GLA

Some good discussion here https://ceo.ca/kav.l?c9c75036b3e8 @GoldenRetriever Someone saying "We'll have to wait and see, maybe the assays are not as good as we hoped" ... I might buy just based on that! I thought conservative managements were long gone. It's really a mess for me to buy: 200CAD of fees and they are not in touch with market makers :( about 4 hours ago @smallcap "Five common myths about portable XRF analyzers."-Themo Fisher Scientific https://thethomofisher.com/blog/mining/five-common-myths-about-portable-xrf-analyzers/ "With adequate sample preparation, portable XRF analyzers yield results comparable to lab results." Just general info - no warranty. DYOR. about 2 hours ago @LucTenHave Good info thanks @smallcap about 2 hours ago @smallcap KAV 16 May 2019 RNS [2nd hole Ditau, KSZ, Boswana]: "9,231km2 of ground, 15 prospecting licences---450 KM LONG KSZ MAGNETIC ANOMALY in the SOUTH WEST of the country, exploring for Cu-Ni-PGE. Up to 200m of overburden." Ref: "Khoemacau Copper Silver gets multi-million cash injection.-https://www.miningreview.com/features-analysis-/khoemacau-copper-silver-boswana/ ["head grade 2.22% copper ..construction cost US$397m over a 2 yr construction timeline. 4,040sq km land package NORTH WEST Boswana, 21 mine life & secured the required POWER & WATER." An example. about an hour ago @smallcap Mike Moles interview with Proactive Investors UK today, Fri 17 May 2019. If I heard correctly, Mr Moles said that the 2nd hole reached about an hour ago @smallcap contd 557m and the gabbro was reached at 478m. Moles mentioned that PRIOR to reaching the gabbro, it was also mineralized. The gabbro was just as good ie mineralisation. If from the 16 May 2019 KAV RNS, the overburden is up to 200m, does this not mean that the mineraliszed zone is up to 357metres? In the 1st hole, the cobalt reading was UP TO 0.9% COBALT with an averaged weighted 0.2% cobalt. In the 2nd hole, it was 1.5% copper sulphide via XRF analysis. Generally, 0.2% cobalt is said to be economic whilst 0.9% is high grade. As for copper, 1% with size qualifies for Tier 1 grade? Open for correction. about an hour ago @LucTenHave From annual report about hole 1: The alteration in the Karoo sediments appears to be in excess of 300m thick, whilst the alteration penetrates into the gabbro for at least another 75m. Iron and copper sulphide mineralisation is present throughout the altered Karoo sediments and the gabbro. Indicative cobalt mineralisation has been identified in both holes (portable XRF analyses). about an hour ago @LucTenHave Let me repeat: Iron and copper sulphide mineralisation is present THROUGHOUT the altered Karoo sediments (Note Luc:300m) and the gabbro (Note Luc: 75m). ....correct me if im wrong about an hour ago @LucTenHave Grade is unknown of course but i read that there is 375m of mineralization about an hour ago @smallcap Good -- 375m of mineralisation. BHP recently drilled 4 holes at Oak Dam [near their Olympic Dam mine]. The expert per AFR report said the distance of 400m showed continuity. GGP*s Havieron was 350m. In the case of KAV, it is 1.8m between Hole 1 & 2. share price Angel said that Hole 1 was remarkable and Hole 2 even more remarkable to hit mineralisation from recall. To me, a lot of $ was saved and a brave one cos Sprott*s report on GGP*s Havieron said that one or two holes with 0 is not uncommon - so as to manage expectations. This is something that London investors have not cottoned on to yet or not understood the full implications. Open for correction. 40 minutes ago @smallcap KAV RNS said that it is similar to Norilsk. However, Mike Moles previous interview said it may be more like Olympic DAm. Paul Johnson mentioned Sirius Resources of Novo fame. Pete Panda on May 13, 2019 tweeted the VOISEY BAY article: "throw back to 1995 Voisey Bay. https://twitter.com/Pete_Panda_/status/1127884569024376833 32 minutes ago @smallcap contd..Voisey Bay article from Pete Panda: 4 diamond holes VB-04 returned 71M INTERSECTION - 2.23% Ni, 1.47% Cu & 0.123% co just 34m below surface." Open for discussion.

@LucTenHave is a big bitter in the natural resources space in Europe and Canada. Also I queried the company on 20 days and it is 20 business days so likely later June and if any slippage even early July.

@LucTenHave Just talked to the CEO for 30 minutes. They have really a huge land package and they think there are many similarities to Norilsk (geology, age of rock, geochemical background). Five years ago the founders started to assemble this land position. They had a JV with Rio Tinto on their project in the North but that is not what they are focussing on right now. The majors still have a lot of interest in what they are doing. Geophysical surveys over 400 km's completed. Costs $600K so far> 3 7 May 2019, 07:59 @LucTenHave Also a lot of surface geochemistry coincides with the geophysics they have done. I watched some youtube videos in which Mike Moles explains this quite well. The Ditau project is where they drilled the 2 deep holes and waiting assays. The indicative cobalt grades were mentioned in the news release. Mike Moles has not seen such quality alteration in a very long time and it reminds him of the enormous Olympic Dam mine core. Ditau was drilled because it is most advanced but not necessarily the best looking target. But they drilled over 300 meter of alteration with higher grade mineralization in the 70 meter is my take on it. Will see sooon Botswana is easy to work and much lower risk than most other African countries. I asked a lot of questions about the LSE exchange because I hate it and love it. I love it because it is such an inefficient exchange that it allows me to buy a $50 million mcap stock for $5 million mcap. I hate it because it is difficult to buy shares (with market makers and auction hours --> terrible). Approx 45% of the stock is owned by management and 2 other investors together. Is not free trading for 2 years so pretty tight structure. I am very curious what will happen if those 300 meter intercepts are screamers. https://ceo.ca/kav.l?c9c75036b3e8

"The suite of metals and the style of alteration means at the moment we don't really know what it is we are dealing with. We can understand some of the geological aspects of it but it is a highly altered zone and it's going to take some for us to unravel what the geological story is there." https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EU-mqQAbtN4 We do know Ditau Prospect is massive at 5km x 7km with hundreds of meters of highly altered rock with indicative economic cobalt grades known so far. Other metals pending from the assays due in 20 days. Ditau was not even Kavango's main target but the most 'drill ready'. It sits 70Km east of the main target the massive KSZ. Market cap currently 6.4M.

No worries, another thing that would be useful to know at this stage is how far is Ditau for the electrical grid and how much water and other infrastructure that will be needed, good that they drilled for water but bad that they were 50kms from the initial supply ..... if a mine is ultimately going to be built these things will define the grades needed to be economic.

Copied posts from LSE. Hope you don't mind catsick. Bozi Posts: 561 Price: 3.50 RE: amazing Today 08:25 Morning Catsick. Interesting you should mention SolGold. I'm also invested there and have been since the single digit days. I'm still invested there as I believe the company is still significantly undervalued, particularly if copper moves in the direction it's anticipated to. Kavango interests me for the same reasons. Size and scale. It's potential at the moment but should the results be as positive as we think they could be, get ready for fireworks. catsick Posts: 5 Price: 3.50 RE: amazing Today 08:11 I dont understand either, lets do a comparison with solgold, Solg have about 3bn ton of .5% copper equiv deep underground in equador in the jungle, they will need to underground mine this, market cap is about 700m gbp, so over 100 times Kav, given the size of the structure Kav should easiliy have a resource of the same size and it is the size that makes solg valuable, so to make Ditau a comparable resource we just need to get to 0.5% copper equiv over say 50m of the worst of these two drills, I dont think that will be tricky we just need .1% cobalt and .1% copper , bring on the assay results and lets hope we get to the same valuation as solg which will be a 100 bagging !

Nice to see the buying at over 4p now even if the spread is a 3.5/4.3p. Maybe this is a slow burn after yesterday's news? A big thank you to skiiboy for putting this on my radar. Am big in HZM but looks like this may give me a better (and quicker) return!

For what it's worth KAV are listed on the main market not AIM cashandcard 16 May '19 - 11:29 - 392 of 404 TheLung, They have enough for the current program, from monies raised a few months ago. Of course, they will need to raise again, tis what AIM is about and the lifeblood of small explorers. As you say, there is also the possibility of JV if they can prove a large mineralised system under the sand, I'm sure it will turn some very big heads. Cash
