From Kibo this morning.

I would also like to mention our investment in Katoro Gold PLC (AIM: KAT/www.katorogold.com) where Kibo's holding currently stands at 29.63%. Katoro is pursuing battery metal (Tanzania) and gold development (South Africa) opportunities and is currently very active in the field on both projects. These exploration/mine development projects, by their nature carry risk but also considerable upside should they prove successful. We are very pleased with Katoro's results and progress to date on both projects and look forward to developments over the next 6 months.

Well lets hope they are very successful.

Traders mate. They take couple of hundred quid profit and happy. They will get back in at some stage but possibly at a higher price and still make some profit.

Get gold funding done and 5p beckons, get good nickel results and 10p plus.

Let’s hope they find plenty of gold in those samples. Get the funding sorted without diluting would be a massive boost.

Still think there are some in the system after all they raised over £1 million so not sure they have all been traded out. Of course some may want to keep them until drill results out from Tanzania. If grades are excellent then they may even want to buy more.

Agree Graham, hopefully they will have been cleared and this can move up considerably. As always patience required.

Agree good day in all. Investors taking positions ahead of news steadily upwards is preferable.

Justtrying must try harder. If it “will not produce nothing” then it must produce something!

Justtrying

Time will tell I guess, with gold and nickel prices rising weekly and partners to push both projects along there is much more of an incentive to get these done.

Whatever this guys failings getting funding isn’t easy. If investors are going to stump up £35 million then I’m sure they want to see real figures to make they will get their money back with interest.

Tony

Agree with you they only have to prove a substantial nickel amount there for tier 1 company to finance through to production with possibly a % interest in profits.

I believe the nickel project will be star of the show in Kat portfolio. Just imagine drilling results return 13% nickel sulphide recovery this will in well into the double digit with out blyvoor gold project. Exciting times ahead..

Not just EV but battery storage will become in greater demand as the world goes with green energy. Wind solar and wave power will need to be stored if in plentiful supply.

It wouldn't surprise me as EV revolution starts nickel sulphide is key component for batteries... New oil of the future.

So with costs for gold tailing recovery at $727 per ounce at current gold prices they are looking at roughly $1200 profit for combined companies. 50% to KAT.

Based on peak output of 36,000 ounces roughly $21.5 million profit per annum.

Even assuming start up production of just 10,000 ounces per annum total 50% would give them profit of $3 million. Although with that volume costs would be significantly lower.
