So large buys appear today price still being manipulated imo.. news leak possibly let's see what tomorrow brings also noticed the 1 trade would say 50/50 in belief but that's about it.

between 13.54 and 14.00 today, there were four trades totalling 1.9m shares bought - likely someone putting through one trade in four separate chunks. All definitely buys, based on the fact that the trade prices increased as each order was going through and matched the buy prices i was getting also.

tt4. 'Company Maker' is what all AIM mining promoters promise. But what you want is a 'share price maker' - which doesn't, necessarily, follow. I'm sure you can work out why.

Catalyst for the re-rate will be a positive resource upgrade imo... yIt what was requested so should satisfy..

I also believe the gold is there and having Graham Briggs overseeing it is a massive positive.

Think it will be a lot quicker than forecast to get the production going with the methods they are suggesting as well.

If costs remain a constant increasing gold prices will give them the cash to not only explore Haneti but develop it into an operation over time.

Don't forget Haneti which is company maker in its self. With GB as project manager I just cannot see this not being done. Yes the LC effect and all that but this in South Africa and not just LC on involved.

I have no doubt the project will go ahead. I've been reading the rns's this morning and it wouldn't surprise me if the best finance deals for KAT didn't request us to do this update/upgrade. Only LC knows, no less than 14 interested party's. Say's a lot about the area of operation and the belief gold is there. Gl

Wonder if they have some sort of confidentiality agreement with funding parties not to disclose until funding has been agreed.

Depends on what you mean by upgrade. If they can prove up what they originally stated that would be more than enough to attract funding.

If they prove up more than anticipated they may get a better deal that increases output from start of production.

If they prove up less then it would depend on how much less as to wether the project actually goes ahead.

The first milestone to be completed is the Resource update and upgrade currently underway (See RNS of 03 September 2020). The Resource update and upgrade will deliver an updated Resource and Reserve statement, as well as a SAMVAL valuation report for the Project, expected by the end of October. (NOTE: The Reserve statement will only apply to TSF 6 and 7's contribution to the total Project Resource statement, which constitutes more than 60% of the existing total Project Resource statement of c. 1.3-million-ounces).

Following an initial due diligence investigation, potential funders have now commenced with an in-depth due diligence investigation on the Project, which can only be completed upon completion of the work referred to above.

No resource upgrade no funding IMO we will see. I've only just started collecting these start afew weeks ago no rush to sell. Gl

Need this resource upgrade milestone to get the ball rolling was due end of Oct. we have seen the drill turning so must be getting close.
