I understand the debacle at kibo but can we really blame Louis for coal a project when push for renewables has always been in favour!
Gold project is different, look at the current gold prices imo... Let's see what happens all the best.

tt4 what’s not to like. Mostly the fact that LC is the CEO. In his 8+ years in charge at Kibo he has failed to deliver a single project and in the process he has decimated the Kibo share price. By the way, he floated Kat at a price of 5p per share.
From LC’s point of view, what is to like is his very generous remuneration package with Kibo, circa £250,000 per annum and he is now ALSO being paid by Kat.

I think LC's problem is he doesn't understand numbers. (He's a lawyer after all) Every single set of numbers he ever announced re Kibo, in some way or another were garbled and didn't add up. Project economics and the relationship with a share price would be especially problematic. Its why he's bedazzled by 'once in a lifetime' figures someone down a Jo'burg pub mentioned one boozy evening. Unable o see through them, he passes on his excitement to pi's - often also innumerate. Companies are of course all about numbers in the end. He ran Kibo as if they were irrelevant.
So there you have it !

Good luck to those brave enough to hold on. I bailed and lost faith at the delays and LC's handling of KIBO looks shocking.Seriously though I hope fortune favours the brave here

But then he may surprise us and not do any of the above. That hope is currently what my money is riding on. I am (almost) fully prepared to be disappointed though.
But if KAT comes good then POW comes good and TSI comes good. The Holy Trinity at the moment these 3 shares all owning bits of each other.

Yep. Another one of the KIBO flagship projects given away for next to nothing. If it really is 'near-term operational' then it makes it look even more of a ridiculous giveaway and highlights LC's and CS's exceptionally poor business acumen.

I see all AGM resolutions recently REJECTED on KIBO, so LC receiving the big finger for his performance there from all investors.

RNS on disposal. Nice to get some constant cash flow coming through the business and retain a 1.5% royalty. Seems like good business to me

I have changed mind. In my opinion they want to collect easy money from new shares and again new shares and there is not possible 10p per share or more. This company has care only about own profits and don't care about shareholders.

They have everthing, cash from Imweru and still new money/investors are required?

This is waste time.

shearluc - No more than 5p in a few years time once you've allowed for capex needed initially and then to ramp up to full production - all requiring mega fund raise and share dilution. You need to get rid of that old packet of Woodbines
