Why would they wait to suspend the share , surely they would issue it with the ireland suspension notice rns, thereby saving money?

TW and share prophets loathed by many as Tom is the sheriff of AIM and there certainly needs to be one is usually on the the ball and is very bearish here he says we have been warned and as this is only 2 days away from being suspended looks like another good call.

KDR’s AGM May have been delayed to give them more time to sort out CGNR (if they can) and not be linked to KDR situation. Given the prof owns so many shares, they will be trying to do the best for KDR shareholders. Depends on (not in any order) how much they need to a) turn known KDR assets into money and b) finally zero in on the source of the blue diamond c) how close they are to agreeing development with RTZ.
From here it looks like the wrong time to take a punt, as dilution likely, but who knows. Too late to back out now?

Agreed diamond hunter but I think a delisting or discounred placing is imminent here .Delisting on the irish se is suspect after so many years yes to save money I get that but is it ahead of a delist on lse ? This is going to the wire 3 days it's suspended I think we are in trouble but hope to be proved wrong .

Also baring in mind CGNR are likely to publish a Agm date and venue as often shared on the same day.
Very odd considering in past years announced Agm go out same day for both companies.
Seems all too suspicious for just hanging just on hope??

Hoops Is it at least common ground that (a) there will have to be an 'update'(ie Annual Accounts) this week and (b) the dates for annual report have been pushed back as far as is permissible under the relevant company law? If so, does it perhaps all seem rather to be hanging on in the hope 'something will turn up'?

Yet they fought tooth and nail to protect what seems to be a very different concept then you would suggest .
A74 page court report (i think i am right there but please correct me as i know you have great joy in doing so!)! clearing them of any wrong doing.

Perhaps the net assets could be a good indicator of how far we have come this year

Steve..... Why do you quote from last year's announcements....... They have made good progress on continuing to reward themselves relatively handsomely....... What other progress have they made? Apart from putting down the rebellion over at CGNR....?

By the way, how many of these do you now have?
