fair point but today would the most obvious day for a placing? .
Will see what unfolds in coming weeks as Final's and AGM venue will unfold which in itself is very odd and out of character compared from past years.

and now project manger all be it Linkin post.

I think it would be difficult to short KDR just now Steve. Let's see what happens today trade wise and the way the market reacts to the buying/selling. Wasn't a particularly high volume day yesterday, yet we were knocked back 12% on an almost 3to1 buy ratio! Would suggest that there is a placing in the wings, but you never know!

Are the shares available past placing? or forward selling.
We have had no massive interest in any RNS since last year so possible still clearing old stock which was around 1m euro. Bare in mind the past write up on a placing is pure speculation. Scare mongering and PI will run! perfect for the shorter,s.

The share price will drop to the placing price which looks to me to be possibly 0.35 no sizeable sells below this amount just buys at .38/.39 which suggests the placing is 0.35 .I agree with duplicate Book this really is a kick in the teeth and should there be millions of new warrants at a strike price of 0.5 the share price is knackered here for a long time and I doubt will see 1p again for a very long time stinks imho .

Just as an aside, after today's drop, the chart makes poor reading too! Anybody who looks at the technical aspect of trading would be watching this like a hawk now!

Sorry to take an extremely negative view, but this is going so close to the wire I have increasingly to wonder whether they will be able to come up with anything at all.
Any news - about a placement or anything else - would have to be promptly advised to the market. Nothing has been and time looks to be running out. Therefore.....

12% written off the value of the Company on less than 2k's worth of sells! Doesn't look too good just at the moment, the MM's don't want stock, and it makes you wonder why that is with so much positive news released recently. I really do hope that our Board pull something out of the hat some time soon or there are going to be some very disgruntled holders wanting to know just what is going on!

Still no results and 1 week away from suspension I've no doubt the bod are working in our best interests however I think they are struggling here .

This has delisted in Ireland so delisting for 1 to 2 years from aim is very possible .What would the share price be here if nothing was to happen in say 18 months ?? Hate to think but de list prove up the £200 million resource to jorc compliant and re list new prospectus et all would be a very different story then .
