The confidentiality agreement would not preclude KDR from notifying the market of ANY news that could be deemed price sensitive. The same would apply to Rio if any such news relating to the Agreement, or associated 'discoveries' were of such a nature as to require the Market being notified, then they themselves would need to issue an RNS. It is in neither Companies interest to delay any such news, and I for one cannot think of any such occasion, or reason, as to why news that would have a positive effect on the share price would be knowingly withheld. I would have imagined that following all of last years Corporate re organisation, the Board of KDR would have been busting a gut to get things moving in the right direction as soon as possible, but that has not been the case.
I cannot understand why we have not heard anything material to date. We are well past due some sort of news, and it is the lack of information provided which causes shareholder frustration. I am sure the likes of Mr. Conroy are well aware of our concerns, but seem unprepared to help reassure those who are selling their holdings on an almost daily basis.

If (and it's still an if, as we don't know) RTZ are helping financially, on the ground and in an advisory capacity, they can possibly be doing so at their own request without having triggered the JV agreement. Can this be done without us knowing under the umbrella of the confidentiality agreement? I suspect it can, but I honestly don't know. If we hear of any further sample analysis payed for by RTZ or results from Rio's labs in Melbourne then we will know and the share price will know too!KS, how do you see the current relationship between KDR and RTZ. I would think it's odds on RTZ calling shots, with KDR probably disguising the relationship as RTZ just providing advice or acting in an advisory capacity. RTZ can probably keep stuff under wraps, as was the case many years ago when all the previous exploration was done in Finland. Think I read somewhere that a lot of that was done in secret. Interesting times ahead either way.

Is anyone suggesting that RTZ have already exercised their option, but under the confidentiality agreement we don’t get to hear?
What is the scenario for the share price if that is the case?
Or is that idea nonsense?

I would hazard a guess that we will hear very little more about Kuhmo 1 and the green diamond source if RTZ involved with it now. I hope we do hear more, but every chance RTZ might already be calling the shots now.

Lahtojoki........ I suspect long paid for. Seriously, do you think they would be wasting their time if it wasn't in the bag long ago. I can't see an RNS with regard to Lahtojoki further payment. Unnecessary in my view. I can see a significant update on Lahtojoki. Perhaps we will find out what Mr G has been up to and how it will be financed. I won't hold my breath on Riihivaara, Kuhmo 1 or Seitapera.

Ok here is what i think is going to happen there has been a few large trades recently another 104k today .I reckon there has been a placing at 5p the sells are the shares being flipped and we will get an rns before the end of next week to confirm the placing and the payment of 100k from some of the proceeds .Should see at least a relief rise in the share price once funded and Lathojoki licence safe.All imho.

Clocking in before the evening glass under a tree. Nothing happening. If they are preparing to pay out the £100k to extend the LAT. concession in a week's time, with no declaration of funds raised I do have to wonder how they would pay for it. If the concession abandone, not terribly good news?
