Arctic Star......worth looking at their website and digesting the plethora of news releases over the last three or four months. Take note Mr Conroy. A Company with a plan, transparent in its funding and keeps people updated with progress. Simples.

There were 20+ Exploration companies in Finland before the downturn. Gradually all disappeared except KDR. RTZ partnership allowed KDR access to over £30millon worth of samples. Under confidentiality agreement would KDR not secure licences for all the most promising land? Or would KDR allow a diamond rush around them? Note the arrival of Arctic Star.

OK you can argue that they are our samples and we can have them back if we want but the data belongs to who ever is paying for it and the deepest pockets will call the shots with regards to timing of rns. It is also likely that if a major is part funding then any related KDR rns will go through their hierarchy and legal dept before we see it.

I just dont get the reason for not updating the market about anything Everyone knows all AIM stocks are news driven no news on a perm basis means bombed out share price in the gutter and thats where this is .
So with the share price in the gutter and all these prospective licences green diamonds a possible €200 million value on Lathojoki where are the bidders at £1.4 million ??????????
55p a share bid say paying £14 million for it you get the green diamonds and everything else thrown in and you make a small fortune from it in say 5 years time.But no interest from anywhere whatsoever and notably nothing in the media to suggest any developments .
The fact is we know absolutely nothing but there are those that know an awful lot more and its not worth getting out of bed for it appears.

Go back to the first Kimberlite kdr discovered in the Riihivaara area trenching in 2005 to the latest extension in 2017. Must be tasty to still be rooting around in that area. Green diamond source also in kuhmo as is Seitapera and Huskavaara. There’s also other Kimberlite sources discovered around Huskavaara. All in black and white. 1.4mil market cap. Amazing

If we assume as others suggest that Rio is paying for current work program then it would seem logical that they own all the lab data and they decide when and what to update on. Given their size they have no need to update their own shareholders on one speculative project in Finland.

Are RTZ satisfied now as to what they believe is the scale of what KDR have at Riihivaara? and what does Kuhmo1 bring to the picture? Who is going to fund Lahtojoki? How big do they believe it is now?Is S Fitz ever going to become anything more than just a tokenistic investor?Where is the real money going to come from? Alrosa? Rio Tinto?.... Somewhere else?To many unanswered questions.

Has anyone actually contacted the company to ask these questions raise these concerns ?
I take it nobody has as you wont get a reply !
As pointed out by sir ianb the prof appears protected by loyal following shareholders who obviously have more money than sense !

With KDR discovering its first new Kimberlite at Riihivaara in 2005 and announcing another in 2015 you would imagine most of that area would now be sampled.

Are Rio Tinto the reason KDR have not updated shareholders on Riihivaara? If so, why do KDR not at the very least tell shareholders that, rather than leaving it for shareholders to figure out and draw their own conclusions? Any other company would at least address this issue in some way.What's the drilling situations? What results are we expecting? Are we close to doing any bulk samples? What are the future plans for the company? As nobody is getting any younger. Is Seitapera economic?

Don't know, but you get the feeling nothing has to be RNS'd anymore here. Would be interesting to read the fine print of the confidentiality agreement I guess. Questions Does KDR have an FD?What exactly is Mr Grimmer doing, since he returned to the fold unannounced?What further work has happened at Lahtojoki? Are shareholders not entitled to be brought up to date here?Where is the extensive programme of works at with Kuhmo1(green diamond) ? Found Source? Diamond City? Where are KDR getting the money to carry out this work from?Who is carrying out the work?Have further Diamonds been found here?Why has Riihivaara not been confirmed as diamondiferous yet, given it was announced as likely to be years ago?What further workers were undertaken, if any in the past few years at Riihivaara, given money has been raised over the past few years for that purpose?

Yes they have to inform the market of their decision to either pay £100 k or give the licence up.
Such a bunch of clueless dummies running this company they wont even bother to do that .

RB I am prepared to be corrected but having been to the last AGM I don't think there is or would be enough to remove the Board, they have strong and loyal support locally.
