I suspect things may become clearer over the coming weeks and couple of months.

Don't think so but respect your opinion.
BOD buying is a clever and very clear signel
There is only one way this is heading.

Wouldn't dismiss the possibility of a consolidation too lightly Hoops, especially looking forward. Not always a bad thing either in the right circumstances!

This is the admission of the shares issued in the most recent equity fundraising cynical, today was the expected admission day as per the RNS of the 12th. Wouldn't rule out a consolidation at some point mind! I think a lot of this has been forward sold. Be interesting to see what happens over the next few days/week to see if the volumes remain in the market.

The new offices will probably be a lot cheaper so they can cut working capital the other ones will have been very expensive in that location.

Main points to ponder !!!!!!!!!!!

How many others independent companies are supported by Majors
? At The request of RIO .??

Why would Rio continue to pick up the lab bills ??

How Many independents has a expert team like KDR.??

How bad will ALROSA want to become the diamond world cartel if Finland is commercial ??(KDR SENT SOME SAMPLES TO CANADA NOT JUST PERTH ??)

How Bad would Rio Tinto want TO BECOME a first ,second or third biggest diamond producer world wide ??

WHY WOULD KDR ISSUE WARRANTS WITH PROMISE OF FURTHER NEWS AND THE BOD BUILDING A PRIVATE
STOCK PILE???
100s of thousands of pounds invested in kdr by our own BOD POCKETS!!!!!!!!!!

WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT??????????????????????????????

WHERE WILL BE THE NEXT MAJOR DIAMOND DISCOVERY .??
OUR BACK YARD !!!!!!ME THINKS.........

Three directors will participate in the placing. Chairman Richard Conroy subscribed for 27.7 million shares, and will receive 9.3 million warrants, meaning he will have 119.6 million shares in the company following the placing. Managing Director Maureen Jones subscribed for 6.1 million shares, receiving 2.0 million warrants, leaving her with a holding of 13.2 million. Finance Director James Jones will subscribe for 5.0 million shares, receiving 1.7 million warrants, leaving him with a holding of 9.5 million. - See more at: hxxp://ican.tddirectinvesting.co.uk/alliance-news/karelian-diamond-to-raise-capital-for-finnish-projects-alliss-12-04-2017/#sthash.Veb2lnzn.dpuf

Stevehoops, it's worth watching/listening to the video on the link below. In addition open the PDF of the presentation with it. It's nice to see the red dots on Finland and the circle surrounding the Craton. It's from 2016, so it's was before Rio Tinto's decision to focus on diamonds again. KDR SHARE PRICE
I WILL POST THIS AGAIN.
Jacques, who became CEO of the world’s second-biggest miner in July, called diamonds a priority area in a Bloomberg Television interview Tuesday. The strategy, part of a drive to improve the quality of Rio’s mining assets, marks a turnaround for the company that mulled exiting the diamond business just three years ago.

Even if Rio resorts to exploration, new deposits are so hard to find that most of the industry, which has ploughed more than $7-billion into exploration since 2000, has all but given up.
BHP Billiton, the world’s biggest mining company, has abandoned diamonds altogether. Companies including De Beers, Petra and Gem Diamonds have massively reduced their exploration efforts.
Of more than 6 000 kimberlite diamond pipes tested in the last 140 years, only 60 have been worth mining, according to De Beers.
Jacques’s statement is probably one of “intent, rather than a real strategy,” RBC Capital Markets’ Kilalea said. “They’ll keep looking.”

IF CONFIRMED COMMERCIAL THIS WILL BE SUCH A MASSIVE FIND WORLDWIDE .
THE BIDDING WAR WILL BEGIN
