04/9/2020 08:16 | All the stops being taken out...watching for a base Edit order filled 188p cfd for 10k, roll on results. Year end results forecast are £30m profit and a market cap of £300m.....not quite the pe rating of our Nasdaq cousins which are in the 100's...Kape is cheap and growing fast. dyor | volvo
04/9/2020 08:07 | Just bought a few more at 191. | mobtheplod

03/9/2020 19:36 | Cyber Security is a very fragmented industry, ripe for consolidation. It is also my area of employment. It has weathered the Covid storm well and is a safe haven in these troubled times. The bellwether (listed)stock is NCC who announced results today which were very sound. With business models moving to remote working Kape is arguably in the best place of all in this sector given their bias is towards the consumer end of the cyber market. Let's hope the company can make hay while the sun shines. D4T4 is another such stock which often mirrors Kape in share price movements - both companies for example fell out of bed at exactly the same time today, and both companies have a significant amount of recurring revenue to cushion the effect of economic cycles. D4T4 has a lower market cap and some mind-blowing technology and for these and other reasons is seen as the most likely sector takeover target. I hold all 3. | boozey
03/9/2020 19:16 | Frontier tech newsletter says sell for 197% profit...who can blame him. I hold | gerihatrick

03/9/2020 09:38 | Qs99 - The chart is sitting right in the place for a buying opportunity. | peddlers
02/9/2020 12:58 | indeed peddlers, should move confidently above £2 this week IMO | qs99
02/9/2020 11:21 | Kape ready for a nice push up towards 250 in anticipation of the results | peddlers
01/9/2020 18:37 | nice to see Kape holding up in amongst some dreadful market conditions today. Some nice large buys too. P | peddlers
30/8/2020 08:21 | When the results are out 2 weeks next Tuesday, any doubts re performance will be over. The forward looking statement will set the tempo...there could be a spike, even if we gain traction leading up to results. Forecast $123m turnover and $38m profit, stock is very cheap if those numbers are coming. | volvo
29/8/2020 19:15 | I read an articlel released a couple of days ago from Royston Wild on his take on Kape: Stock market crash: 3 UK shares I’d buy for my Stocks & Shares ISA ... Our view of the 2020 stock market crash couldn’t be clearer. Rather than pull up the drawbridge and wait for things to calm down, investors should grab the bull by the horns and buy UK shares while others dither. Kape Technologies doesn’t pay a dividend but it’s a UK share that’s too cheap to miss. Its forward price-to-earnings growth (PEG) of 0.2 fails to reflect the fact that demand for its cybersecurity software is poised to rocket as homeworking takes off all over the globe. Employers expect 37% of people to work from home following the coronavirus crisis, a recent survey from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development showed. This compares with less than a fifth before Covid-19. Getting rich with UK shares Kape Technologies et al are just a few of the undervalued UK shares I think are top buys today. | peddlers
29/8/2020 17:28 | The chart is certainly positioned well for the results. | peddlers
27/8/2020 13:57 | ...first draft of the results being typed? Forecast for $59m in H1 and EBITDA of $16m. Recon the boys here have that covered, maybe $62m and $18m. Couple that with a decent/strong outlook statement and you have 250p and going up. Only a few weeks to go. | volvo
27/8/2020 12:58 | some good buying interest today ! | peddlers
24/8/2020 10:43 | A bit of buying interest this morning. Not long until the results on 15th September. We already know from the trading update that the results - and the outlook - will be good. Hardly surprising given the vertiginous rise from 50p or so that the share price has had a pause for breath. The realisation that KAPE are still cheap on fundamentals should soon give rise to new highs and a share price approaching the analyst's 260p target. | rivaldo
24/8/2020 10:33 | When I see institutions buying in at around this level I will become less hesitant. Until then I wish you good luck with your investment. | shaker44
24/8/2020 10:09 | ....the share price has risen from 65p to 190p in just over a year, no one was hesitating during this period due to ownership....but all of sudden people are going to hesitate, I dont buy that. | volvo
24/8/2020 10:02 | Volvo, you floated drip feeding not me! If he wants some cash just selling 1% will raise 3m pounds. But the other scenario you raise is a placing. I assume you expect that would be at below market price- if they can find an institution willing to hold a stake here. Whatever, it is always the risk when you have such a large holder that more shares may be released than can easily be absorbed. Those P I'd focussed on and anticipating good results will buy. Others will hesitate due to ownership. That's all | shaker44 |
