24/8/2020 09:52 | Yes that is a likely scenario hence why I am holding firm. The fundamentals show plenty of upside. A bargain at sub £2. I am tempted to top up. P | peddlers
24/8/2020 09:34 | hopefully see a run up to the results on the 15th September previous high £2.20 | qs99
24/8/2020 08:20 | shaker, with one shareholder holding 67pc of the company, of course they are the 'owner'. But do you really think they are interested in drip feeding their shares into the retail market? Of course not. If they wanted to sell down to say 50pc, it would take forever. Simply post results, as they are in a closed period right now, express this enquiry to the company broker who will put out feelers to place the 17pc with new and existing investors. The results and outlook in 3 weeks will send this share forward near term. | volvo
24/8/2020 01:30 | My concern would be that the 'owner' can sell into strength what is a small amount from his huge holding but a large amount to the market, and reverse any upward trend. He has recently recovered from covid and being aware of one's own mortality can often give rise to different shorter term plans. But who knows? Maybe he will sit tight. But it's a risk | shaker44
23/8/2020 23:34 | Increasing revenue, ebitda & PBT coupled with hot sector should mean favourable price movement over medium term | msehs
23/8/2020 21:34 | Crozzdeboar : well spotted ! I thought I was the pedant , but 180 degrees wrong is a bit embarrassing ! Yes , I meant “ tailwind “ . | mrnumpty
23/8/2020 21:03 | Dude agreed - but I think you meant tailwind rather than headwind! (I hope!) | crozzdeboar
23/8/2020 20:41 | There have been some negative posts here and on LSE about Kape , and the share price has fallen back somewhat . However , although it is easy to think that the worst of the lockdown measures due to the Plague are over , and that there is some semblance of normality in this country again , the Plague seems to rising up again in Europe . Also , since the purchase of PIA at the beginning of this year , a very large proportion of Kape’s customers are in the USA , where the Plague is still very much alive . We are now approaching autumn , when the colder weather will again favour the Plague . This continues to provide a headwind for Kape . I suggest that one of the worst developments for Kape would be the announcement of an effective vaccine , but that hasn’t happened yet and there is no guarantee that a vaccine can be developed . Both Small Company Share Watch and Simon Thompson ( the share tipster of Investors’ Chronicle ) , in spite of their differing methods of picking shares , rate Kape as a “ buy “ with a target of around £ 2.60 . Do your own research | mrnumpty
23/8/2020 09:22 | Good luck with that! | shaker44
23/8/2020 08:59 | The ownership issues won't matter a jot if the results are landed in line with expectations and the accompanying outlook statement reads strongly. There is some fast-buck money in here, so when the results are highlighted for the 15th Sep, some are choosing to cash in their chips, with the thought of buying back in w/c 6th Sep. Now have plenty of stock, and I'll look forward to the results, which I believe will show continued strong trading. | volvo
22/8/2020 09:44 | You can check out background on Edison or investegate | shaker44
22/8/2020 09:43 | I have done very well with my investment here from c55p and know the company is operating in a big sweet spot at the moment but recent history tells me that any rise gets sold into hence we find ourselves back at 190p. With broker targets at 260p we should be rattling along not inching backwards. Just a bit frustrated tbh, haven't sold a single share and I hope results knock the share price out of the park. | fozzie
22/8/2020 09:30 | What's the history with the ownership structure? | msehs
22/8/2020 01:17 | Until ownership structure changes this is going to flatline around 200p. Doesn't matter what P I 's think as we wont see institutions investing here significantly | shaker44
21/8/2020 18:00 | Can only back my gut instinct, bought £10k more at 192p. We wait and see the results | volvo
19/8/2020 19:04 | fozzie, you seem hesitant, Ido Erlichman has stated strong trading, and following the closing down of Tik Tok etc everyone wants a free hand and not to be followed....enter Kape. This company are on a crest of a wave right now. What follows is anyones guess! | volvo
19/8/2020 17:45 | Volvo - Must agree. I am holding firm. | peddlers
19/8/2020 17:32 | Buy.this could be just the beginning. I’m holding, with big profits. | robsy2
19/8/2020 17:21 | I would love you to be right Volvo but i don't think the market will play ball, current share price is a poor reflection of the company. I am sure results will be good and i can see the recent high being touched but then all the sellers will come out to play again. I see it in almost every stock i hold, nobody wants to buy a good company and sit tight. | fozzie
19/8/2020 17:16 | .....topped up today at 197.5p, feel for sure these will be over 250p on results day...25pc for a 4 week wait, suits me. | volvo
16/8/2020 09:18 | You would have to assume if the results come in as forecast or maybe better....accompanie Imo 260p at results could easily be achieved. Roll on 4 weeks Tuesday 7am. | volvo
14/8/2020 17:02 | strong finish | mfhmfh
14/8/2020 14:05 | For general interest. Just seen comment in DT that as a result of the TikTok ban,VPN searches on Google in the USA jumped 29% with sustained 10% increase. | lehibou
14/8/2020 10:55 | Think this next move could take us to all time highs | harrywilliam
14/8/2020 08:19 | Just topped up here at 193p, seems its going to be one of the winners of this malaise we are going through. Even the company description in todays RNS has changed to imply trading is strong. Who knows, guess we have only 4 weeks to wait to find out. 'To date, Kape has over 2 million paying subscribers, supported by a team of over 350 people across eight locations worldwide. Kape has a proven track record of revenue and EBITDA growth, underpinned by a strong business model that leverages our digital marketing expertise.
