08/11/2022 15:15 | Steady buying, nice little jump today. | sundance13
04/11/2022 12:30 | 2bluelynn, unfortunately it didn't although I still consider 260p a good buy price for the long term. I'd hoped it would make it due to their recent Buy recommendation. We'll have to be content with 28 pages of K3C positivity on IC Alpha. | w13ken
04/11/2022 07:41 | W13KenDid it feature as you predicted --the Investors' Chronicle's AIM Top 100 released later today. | 2bluelynn
03/11/2022 19:08 | From the Naked Trader Robbie BurnsI added some K3C.At last there is some decent upward movement in the shares and this week received a giant dividend. The dividend is more than 6% which is rather nice.Like most shares it had a downturn over the last 6 months but it's recovering fast and looks cheap despite a bit of a rise over the last 2-3 weeks.Sharepad reckons a 65% growth in profits for 2023 and if this right the shares ought to be a lot more expensive. If I was a much bigger rival I'd be tempted to snap it up.It has used cash wisely and just bought insolvency practitioner Chamberlain. If it carries on with clever buys that push up profits then the share price should follow suit.It went down briefly this morning and I tried to get some more. However, it seemed to be just a mm shake and they proved impossible to buy at the lower price, still a good sign for the future. | tizo100
03/11/2022 09:40 | On today's dip I have topped up at 260p in ISA and Trading. Expecting them to feature in the top half of the Investors' Chronicle's AIM Top 100 released later today. | w13ken
03/11/2022 08:42 | Obligatory drop after being tipped. On very small sells though, those MM! | johndoe23
31/10/2022 14:34 | No. K3C refers to the original three Knightsbridge sub-division business sales and corporate finance companies prior to listing. | adipsia1
31/10/2022 13:57 | More good news is expected. IC are halfway through a Top 100 of AIM companies so this Thursday/Friday K3C are almost certain to be in the Top 50, hopefully high up the chart following IC's recent research. | w13ken
31/10/2022 11:59 | some people reinvesting their dividends? | tizo100

27/10/2022 11:02 | Nice if this stays up a lot of buying going through | 2bluelynn
11/10/2022 08:22 | As with all acquisitions, one tries to assess whether the company is likely to have got itself a good bargain. The initial consideration of £3.3m is a shade over twice the revenues stream of £1.6m. This compares with its own ratio based on twice the annualised run rate of its recent second half (i.e. 2 x £39.5m) of about 2.4. Given that the management sees its own operations as undervalued at the current share price it implies that this is a good bargain on terms at least as favourable as its own valuation. The advantages of scale and overhead sharing should follow as an additional bonus. | boadicea
11/10/2022 06:36 | Indeed - another insolvency acquisition should sadly be very profitable in current market conditions. Looks good value too, being immediately earnings-enhancing with £3.3m plus a deferred element buying £0.8m historic EBITDA. I also like the news that cash has been used to pay 100% of deferred consideration due on acquisitions rather than shares. Which shows that K3C have their priorities right and are aligned with shareholders. | rivaldo
11/10/2022 06:27 | Maybe the rise will continue now, good acquistion, from cash. | hubs
10/10/2022 13:43 | Any rise just gets sold in to at the moment. Very frustrating but it is what it is! | johndoe23
07/10/2022 13:57 | Just out from Interactive Investor: Seven AIM shares to own in difficult times. References BEG and FRP and then... "M&A and tax adviser K3 Capital Group K3C also owns business insolvency company Quantuma, which generated 29% of group profit on the back of 21% organic growth last year. Quantuma is expected to generate 11% organic growth in 2022-23. The tax businesses have steady repeating revenues. The M&A and tax businesses continue to grow despite the tough economic conditions and there will be increasing demand for K3 Capital’s restructuring business. Investors should get a further significant dividend increase this year on the back of rising profit. A total of 15.5p a share in dividends is forecast for the year to May 2023. At 262.5p, the prospective multiple is 12, while the yield is 5.9%. This company could be more volatile than the others because of the M&A bias, but it is still highly attractive." | w13ken |
