I believe the reference is to Knight Corporate Finance, which is one of the divisions.

Thanks Rivaldo. I am not aware that K3C provides corporate finance. As far as I know, they have three divisions, business sales,tax, and restructuring.

Today's Telegraph has Gervais Williams' Premier Miton UK Multi Cap Income fund as its Fund of the Week, with an interview with GW.

K3C are highlighted nicely (it's the Fund's third largest holding):

This firm provides corporate finance for tiny businesses. It made a series of acquisitions following the market wobble in July 2020. Those businesses have gone on to generate substantial cash surpluses. As well as reporting record figures, the company has grown its dividend. It also helps companies involved in financial restructuring or insolvency, so could be very busy soon."

hastings - many thanks for your interesting report. One minor point - you say "...Numis pencilling in 15.5p for 2023 increasing to 17.1p per share next year" - well the 17.1 may be theirs but the 15.5p is from the company. In the recent IMC presentation the CFO said "we're committed to the 15.5p in FY23".

I am not trying to big this up but this looks so obviously like a great investment and an all-weather one at that. Big divis, growth, massive runway of opportunity, volume based business run from Bolton by a really good team. They are really clever at finding clients and do it all in- house. Counter cyclical aspects, defensive aspects to their offering. Great cross referencing and synergies across the group.i could go on… and it is modestly rated.
