22/5/2018 08:43 | i guess the free float will increase but not sure how much tracking buying that will create. we are still to hear who has bought. they should report asap. | edwardt
21/5/2018 16:53 | As a result of the Permira placing, the FTSE investablity rating will be increasing with effect from start of trading on Wednesday. Therefore, expect quite a large uncrossing volume at close tomorrow (Tuesday) as index funds increase their holdings by about 22%. | typo56
21/5/2018 15:47 | that data is clearly out of date given the rns concerning the placing. data sources are usually well out of date. | edwardt
21/5/2018 15:29 | I keep seeing that Permira are out now but according to iii Avallux who are a subsidiary of Permira still hold 23% if the stock? | rmm4
21/5/2018 11:18 | surely there should be rns of who bought the stock... | edwardt
19/5/2018 19:05 | Well, that was the last of it so finally the share price should be able to move forward. I have put in an order for some. | salpara111
18/5/2018 12:08 | given the amount of sale it will probably be 3 or 4 institutions which has to be good news.... | edwardt
18/5/2018 11:56 | Good, Permira out completely - will be interesting to see whether any more long-only investors have been brought in | 18bt
18/5/2018 10:12 | That's great news - should hopefully gravitate towards NAV now, especially if lifetime mortgage product sensibly managed and most of the growth is in DB derisking. | lovat scout
18/5/2018 07:34 | Bingo! 17% of the company sold in 1 bookbuild/placement - HOORAR. So good to have this overhang finally cleared now. | scrapheap
17/5/2018 11:15 | Perhaps a chance now for the overhang to at last be cleared by the long term PE sellers! | scrapheap
17/5/2018 09:43 | Well the market likes it. ERM market still growing very strongly, but investment returns not as good as they were and some exposure to property prices. | 18bt
17/5/2018 09:15 | Given the length of time to get through to their new business area for lifetime mortgages and getting a client's case oompleted (app went in Feb!), they are definitely v busy still there! Downside is their service levels are currently poorer than I'm used to. | scrapheap
17/5/2018 08:55 | pleased with that.... | edwardt
17/5/2018 07:53 | DB business has tended to be completed just before the year end and q1 is generally pretty low. If this q1 is a pointer for the rest of the year then it looks promising. | poppabear4u
17/5/2018 07:19 | Looks good start to the year. Think they were guiding towards 8% new bus margin and this will reinforce that. Thought they might start scaling back on lifetime mortgages as they are a bit exposed to ongoing PRA review of assumptions in the sector and they are still above the 25% target, but they are now set up to start generating capital | 18bt
17/5/2018 07:09 | Bit confused - the numbers vs Q1 2017 are excellent looking, compared to the most recent previous 2 quarters however quite a lot lower (bar lifetime mortgages). we like seeing buoyant in any update though... | scrapheap
16/5/2018 09:58 | AGM trading update tomorrow | 18bt
16/5/2018 09:20 | There really is no end of supply atm - we need more than an IC tip! | lovat scout
10/5/2018 18:22 | Seems to be being tipped in the IC tomorrow. | 18bt
10/5/2018 17:50 | I am invested here because I like the sector and growth prospects. I accept that the capital requirements are high and need to be prudent and that JUST is an NAV growth story as well as providing a dividend. I just feel that moderately more ambitious dividend policy would do the share rating no harm at all. | lovat scout
08/5/2018 08:58 | I think Deutsche Bk has initiated today with a hold rating .. per HL website anyway. Target price tho is 170p..... | scrapheap
02/5/2018 10:35 | set to grow at 6% - so not bad. it comes down to the fact that this is a very capital intensive business. This has resulted in a shrinking of companies in the market which should be a good thing. all in with growth now back in their end markets, i am a happy holder but will be more so when the stock overhang goes. | edwardt
19/4/2018 18:42 | JUST will need to increase the dividend yield to get the shares rerated in this income hungry world. Although there are always regulatory risks around these companies , patience shoukd be rewarded eventually | lovat scout
18/4/2018 16:21 | record quarter for equity release business. | edwardt |
