23/3/2015 15:10 | Thanks Jonwig, I thought I was cracking up when I read the NAV in that article - I don't think that error changed the thrust of their BUY tip and agree with their bullishness on JIL. I've noticed an increased amount of errors in IC recently. Portside1 - BUY, BUY, BUY. A great share. | guernseymoney
23/3/2015 15:01 | so do you other posters do you think my views are wrong please should I stop buying more | portside1
23/3/2015 14:47 | guernseymoney - you're correct, the IC got their NAV stats wrong. See the comments at the foot of the article (I'm "jaybeeuu"). | jonwig
23/3/2015 14:28 | It took news of a 20p Div, in March, to raise these from 125p to 150p. Once paid the share price reverted. Absent another 20p dividend announcement why would these shares re-rate to 140p based on known news. Wishful thinking (pumping). | eeza
23/3/2015 13:50 | have bought and sold these for 4 years , do not wait till they are 140p to buy buy low then sell at 150p | portside1
23/3/2015 13:49 | For those that read the IC article, I wasn't sure if the NAV IC quoted was correct. Will take another look... | guernseymoney

23/3/2015 12:17 | under valued by at least 80p that's my view | portside1
23/3/2015 12:15 | have added 3 more lots today my last of 4544 that gives me a holding of 34234 and will add more on any dips but now think we will go well above 140p very quickly | portside1
21/3/2015 07:28 | IC has a BUY recommendation in its results comment, "despite the complextity". Makes a useful point, which I think is correct: Additionally, Juridica has a 36 per cent stake in JCML, and is therefore expected to be paid $4.7m in dividends out of the $14.5m of performance fees attributable to the manager. Moly - a part of the appeal here is that asset and dividend performance should be uncorrelated with wider equity markets. Equities won't be going up forever and the chance of sharp corrections has increased. Sure, I want "shares with more stable payouts (or consistent growth)" as well! | jonwig
19/3/2015 07:05 | For me it was a sell on that statement. I'd rather look for shares with more stable payouts (or consistent growth). | molybdenum
18/3/2015 11:58 | Ptolemy yesterday fall was complete at open so rose from then on. They are not so good as BUR with shareholders, true! | jonwig |
