11/12/2013 20:05 | Thanks jon | tom111
11/12/2013 19:32 | The three large trades were at ex-div prices: 2.5m @ 139.2p 1.9m @ 139.0p 6.1m @ 139.0p ... so were *almost* certainly done today. The earliest (6.1m) was almost 6% of the issued share capital so should prompt a disclosure tomorrow. The others might, also. The fact that none affected the share price much means they were probably matched off-market, and not put through market makers. (A moniker 'O' doesn't mean much these days.) | jonwig
11/12/2013 18:20 | 1 was for over 8m NAV of company is estimated 1.24p this share is cheap Imo | tom111
11/12/2013 18:04 | i think those large buys at the end could be from yesterday's trading as it makes sense them buying in for the divi | casino444
11/12/2013 17:44 | I am quite aware of that M1 but why sell when they go xd because the share naturally drops anyway so what I am saying is they lost the divi technically .Portside1 understood me the first time do I have to spellit out | tom111
11/12/2013 17:39 | tom111 - the drop in share price today isn't due to 'silly selling' but mainly due to the fact the Juridica has gone ex-div today, which knocks a minimum 14p off the share-price. | m1das_touch
11/12/2013 17:37 | according to Halifax 16m purchases shown at 1635 whats going on? | tom111
11/12/2013 17:23 | volume 13m plus? | tom111
11/12/2013 11:55 | loads of growth to come here and good divs interest in the bank about sums that invest up I will take the 10% from JIL even 5% would be great | portside1
11/12/2013 11:52 | very happy with my buys today and the div in the bank .will buy more next week | portside1
11/12/2013 11:28 | Selling is just PIs, not institutions. If it were institutions then the lower uptrend channel would have breached. Instituions core holdings still intact, as they want this and future divis. Selling PIs, just want this divi, which they are now assured of as XD today and hope to buy back in lower for increase number of shares and future divi. I think this will recover as fundamental are solid. | orchestralis
11/12/2013 10:16 | looks as if its coming back after that silly selling | tom111
11/12/2013 09:49 | Lets face it theres never a shortage of legal cases,cant go wrong,i think lol | tom111
11/12/2013 09:39 | tom yes and more growth and good divs over the next 6 years you will have all your cash back via divs now 5 years | portside1
11/12/2013 09:37 | I know this company has only been running for six years and court cases take time to feed through I could imagine that there will be a constant stream of mature cases now coming to fruition | tom111
11/12/2013 09:24 | barcs next div 4p | portside1
11/12/2013 09:24 | and have also added over 10000 barcs today | portside1
11/12/2013 09:23 | have got a few more | portside1
11/12/2013 09:23 | moly be surprised as they like the divs funds very rarely sell their income source | portside1
11/12/2013 09:21 | directors own over 2% of the company | portside1
11/12/2013 09:15 | over 84% is held by funds less than 16% for PI | portside1
11/12/2013 09:12 | I see that INvesco is selling off some small caps in Woodford's funds as investors redeem their units. I wonder whether the stake of about 32% of Juridica is being nplaced out as part of this? | molybdenum
11/12/2013 09:12 | that's why fools lose money .either buy for div or growth this company as both keep adding their are ver few shares in the open market and funds are not going to sell. | portside1 |
