With the focus on Copper for the years to come any bid would spark a bidding war; no way will we be taken out cheaply.....

With jlp's ability to double every year I would rather they didn't get taken out as this would be a lifetime earner once they declare a dividend. Anything less than £1 would be rubbish and I can't see Slater going for it.

I do find the delays frustrating. I have some cash to invest but am wary as to what else is going to pop out so waiting on the sidelines for the moment!

Yes, it could happen, especially when you listen to the podcast from last week. Whilst I do take the numbers with a pinch of salt, if they do become a reality, I don't see any way we will not get taken out. It's a race to get the share price up. That said they would have to get in with Slater, Veddis and Peppermill as a minimum and they're not going to let go cheap. If the Roan debacle is overcome and this modular plan gains momentum there is the possibility to make an awful lot of money here. This is why I remain invested despite my fury at the delays. 30-40p by the end of 25 calendar year? Yes I can see that. Easily 14-15p by the end of 24. Might even need to revise that upwards. I might even go back on my word to SB and buy some more!

Nice bit of info frogkid, they way they are trying to expand you would think it's only a matter of time before they take jlp over, its peanuts to them, then they have complete control

Why does Wannafroth have access to Mr Slater and how is Mr Slater able to give Whineyfroth information on behalf of JLP?

Seems things never really change. We kicking the can down the road again. Preverbial over sellers and under deliverers. Its "jam tomorrow" Metals having a bit of a run, Jubes going the other way. Well at least Undies Choir have been hard at work, with their regular ramping campaign. Providing us the opportunity to trade a few, while the paint dries.

Thanks for that update 21ant. It's good to know that Mark Slater is encouraged and on board, particularly as he will be a lot closer to the company management than us PI's. The comment about more prospective deals with little upfront costs to JLP is good to hear too.

We’re still suffering from the failure to deliver in various RNSs! Track record is definitely not on track!

Well Tom Winnifreth seems more upbeat on JLP today after speaking to Mark Slater.
Mark said it was a minor slip in production of PGM's/Copper and mostly factored in. Forecast from house broker not changed and therefore shouldn't be seen as a setback.
Mark very encouraged by deals being made (I assume the 2 in the RNS) with plenty more to come. Great way to improve net cash position as little upfront costs but taking a share of profits as in the IRH deal.
Not totally clear but anyway - he's a happy man (Mark)
Tom says the shares are incredibly cheap but then we know that don't we...

And Copper just hit $9900

I think 6.8p is a key number Pshevlin. Lots of volume at that price point. I vaguely remember the same on the way up the other week. Clear those out and we can rise again

Sb , the detailed resource analysis is still wip as at yesterday's update. The deal may be "done" but I wouldn't describe it as complete.
