The UT was at 5.9 last night which is why we are showing as being down this morning. All trades so far are buying... I think we will close blue today, Frog.

Isn’t this a Catch 22, damned if they provide a date, damned if they don’t? Personally the real short term catalyst is saying Roan is up and running because this should provide substantial Copper via Sable at good margin?

If we actually strip all the irh stuff out we will still be making piles of cash and be ridiculously undervalued.

More a period than a date. A bit like mid century.

So why even give a date ?

Considering who we’re dealing with I would be amazed if this concludes on timescale. I’ve always assumed there was a risk of slippage. The main thing is that it concludes, after all the concentrators haven’t even been built yet?

I am extremely disappointed that we have been let down again and as each day passes more doubt will be cast over IRH. if there was doubt then no date should have been mentioned.

It's "mid-March" today...IRH?? The nine week delay on Roan upgrade (as quoted in the January Q2 update) is up on Tuesday next week. Must be some news due shortly on both. We are getting towards the end of Q3 now so a Quarterly update will soon be due.

We should be joining the party. Let's hope we don't miss the bus and end up standing outside in the rain.

Interesting article while we wait for news ...

Barrick cuts cyanide by 80% by adding glycine leach for gold recovery

Barrick Gold (TSX: ABX: NYSE: GOLD) and Draslovka have achieved their goal – an 80% reduction in cyanide use by adding the GlyCat technology to the processing plant. Gold recovery remains comparable to traditional cyanidation.

Glycine leaching technology (GLT) uses glycine, a non-toxic, recyclable and biodegradable amino acid that is commonly used as a food additive, to recover gold, copper, nickel, and cobalt ... etc

frog, you asked, when will the downward trend end. I think it may already have and that 4.5m trade earlier cleared the balance of the warrants, hence the increased buying today and closing UP 3.87%

The price of Copper is also moving in the right direction at mo.

How much copper are we currently producing ?

The cost of production via EW (Electrowinning) is around $2,000 per tonne against roughly $4,000 via refinery. Leon noted some time ago that we have made a link up with a chemical company to move down this road but we have had no info as to what is being planned.

I think the specific question around warrants should be:Who were issued 23 million warrants on 7 Dec 2023 and why were the details of this issue not declared at the time?

Yes! Friday has been good to us lately.
I'll check in here later and tomorrow to see if anyone wants any questions putting forward and I'll send the top 4 or so to Charles by end of Monday

eblitz1 Rather rude. There has been considerable discussion on warrants on here and attempts to get the company to answer questions to little avail. Regarding not issuing warrants or options now you are obviously overlooking, as I remember, the 23 million or so options that popped up out of the blue after the deal was announced with the IRH. Hopefully they won't be exercised when you need to take some cash out of your holdings.

I do think one of the questions has to ask about those warrants.
Depending on timing of an interview the IRH deal could be RNS'd already but if not then 'When can we expect an update in relation to the IRH deal' type question and maybe something about Roan progress?
Any concerns about water/power?
I'll have a dig through previous updates and my notes but any ideas gratefully received :-)

that really is a stupid question. surely you could come up better than that.
If they give a new important person options to incentivise them well that's a good thing. I don't think that warrants would be issued anymore.

Are we going to continue issuing Warrants and Options which are disruptive to the share price and actually say who is now in possession of the extant ones?
