I have been studying law for around six years now.

It's quite weird how people go about their daily life with their head in the clouds.

Whilst the democrats where hysterically busy with their false Russian impeachment, Trump signed into law, by way of executive order, the reinstatement of death by hanging for TREASON.

Now why would you do that. lol

9tintin... It seems in your world the only way anyone ever realises value is through acquisition... IIs are looking for the safest growth stories they can find.. Because their only reason to exist is sustained growth with contained risk. Having JLP swallowed by a major will dilute that growth opportunity and add in the historic baggage that entity brings with it.. Again.. Anyone, any institution can realise value without a corporate event... There is a mechanism for this called the stock market.

The Bull,

Like the UK, the law was founded on common law, as laid out in the signing of the Magna Carta.

Since then, the elite of the world have underhandedly tricked us back into their system and the licence to practice law according to the Bar.

The US is a republic, not a democracy , where one third of the senate can vote down the other two thirds.

Make no mistake, Trump has legitimate claims that due process of law, as written in the US constitution, has not been followed. Like JFK, Trump has been behind the scenes signing executive orders to cancel out the corrupt perpetrators and put power back in the hands of the people.

Even as i type, and up to the final minute of this session ,Trump will be signing executive orders including pardons that will grab the headlines.

Will the military round up the treasonous all in one scoop as they are all gathered together on inauguration day, declare a bomb warning and usher them into a safe cell ?

Whether it does happen or not, Trump is surely leaving with earth being scorched.

Some on here seem to me to be wishing for a buyout simply because they don't have the mettle to realise their investment themselves and need to be forced out. The future for JLP is only just beginning.. I want to capitalise on the years of uncertainty and disappointment LTHs here have had to endure.. If you are nervous about how much you have invested here then sell... But let others reap the rewards of what is surely to come.

All very commendable, but the 'wishing' is more a question of being realistic as opposed to fantasising, and acknowledging how things in the real world pan out.

If you think these institutions have jumped on the bandwagon to sit back and put their collective feet up on the desk and wait 3/4/5 years for a return on their capital, I fear you are in for a shock - a ROC of 80/100% in the shortest time frame possible will be the order of the day - had management got a decent wodge of skin in the game they might have been able to delay things, but CB sold his meager % - that me was the signal of what was to come.

I plucked a number (25p) out of the air - could be more or less,it just fits the story - but it makes sense that IF a major wants Tjate, then it becomes a corporate no brainer to gobble up JLP - they are a sitting duck.

The only question in my mind is when and for how much - NOT 'IF'

I understand your wish for the long term strategy to play out, I respect your stance, unfortunately I personally don't see it happening.

Give me 25p and I will be a happy bunny and JLP will just another tick in the box of winners.

JLP own 60+% of Tjate so it is not entirely JLP decision.

Since Tjate was acquired the platinum price declined from I think 1450$ down to nearly 800$ so the whole project was unfeasible. Now the platinm price is looking up but it needs to get to 1250$ before anyone will think about Tjate.
