VIX still holding 40, with half a dozen attempts to break it today.Fingers crossed, if it does break it then they'll be nothing stopping it and we'll be staring down the barrel of the March correction again. It is only volatility though, the whole world is leveraged to funk, it all all get added back at some point as quickly as it gets taken away.My advice for what it's worth, is buy something that you'd be happy holding if the markets closed for 12 months and just ride it out.

The forst lock down was for 3 weeks initially.Personally if there is another lockdown it will be a travesty, the opportunity for a lockdown was 4 weeks ago imo... In terms of transmission the damage has been done now.Get on with it, stay in if you're vulnerable and keep in touch with your vulnerable relatives from the relative safety of the garden path etc etc.Lockdown or no lockdown, keep your eye on the VIX, spiked to 40 today and broke out of it's channel, circa 30 points had proved to be resistance on a few occasions lately but it snapped it today.

Adejuk

There is full lockdown in Wales at the moe.
I can see a national one at some point but not to the extent of the last one. Possibly 2 - 4 weeks.
Germany are going into a 4 week lockdown and I believe others will follow suit with this virus Now worse than it was at the peak of the first wave.

trading opportunities will be a plenty imo

V is primarily used in construction to strengthen steel but can easily be and usually is substituted when the V price trades higher than 18 bucks a pound.Loads of articles online about how, when and why it's use gets substituted from time to time.V's biggest potential for consistent demand that is significany higher than the present is VRFB's (Vamadium Redox Flow Batteries)

Q - need to remember that we will only be producing concentrate. The copper will be consuming all the refining capacity. Which makes sense with the copper price continuing to rise.
