I have no dog in this fight, but when class action lawsuits are mentioned it's worth delving a little deeper since, through the process of collating relevant material, lawyers tend to dig stuff up that is not readily available in the public domain. In addition, they get to interview relevant individuals who are also often inaccessible to the public.

This chap, Reiner Fuellmich, a German lawyer with some 26 years experience seems to have some chops and not so easy to dismiss with a one liner. He summarises his findings thus far in the following link:



If only a portion of what he says stands up in the courts, it will make the banks’ PPI debacle look like nothing more than a blip on the financial landscape.

Warning: anyone who is a fan of Deutsche Bank may not like his description of said bank in his opening remarks!

Well put CSJCS the facts are there. You 9bbiousleu have done your research. If others here don't believe you at least check the name that CSJCS has given. I have so can speak with confidence that a court case is being brought against WHO I suggest you check this name so you can find the truth for yourselves rather than attacking the messenger. I do t want to be the messenger I want to get on with my.life with my beautiful.fsmily I've been investing for 25 years or more. At the end of the day you can either believe Boris and his mob who we all know are renowned liars or can can spend 5 minutes and check the evidence which CSJCS and .use of have pro used for you
