05/11/2019 09:46 | no doubt Leon will be asked this in his webcast with proactive investors shortly | deme1
05/11/2019 09:43 | It wouldnt be so bad at 4.5p placing, but i agree use short term debt | cernunnus
05/11/2019 09:43 | Think this will hover around 4p for a while now until Leon / Colin specify how the minority(up to 8 million ) will be funded, whether by draw-down against the debt facility or a dilutive placing. We also have to recognise that some institutions bought in here at about 3.2p so there must be a big temptation to start monetising some of their 20%+ profits. | ginko3
05/11/2019 09:42 | One would have thought he would of had to mention it if financing via a placing But I don’t understand why it’s costing 16 million when the pgms that should be making over 1 million per month profit only cost 5 million. | nelson01
05/11/2019 09:40 | Also placings are the result of lenders having risk involved, ie investing in a non profit generating project. JLP are now presumably making x million a month so funding should not be a problem. Does anyone know if the $50mil facility has lapsed? I really can't be bothered to go through historic Rns's | deme1
05/11/2019 09:37 | Logic would say use debt as this must be a short term funding gap as the cash starts to flow. Another placing would just damage everything built up over the last few months? | goingforarun
05/11/2019 09:37 | Why a placing? They will just have an overdraft. | dafrog
05/11/2019 09:35 | Good point deme | frogkid
05/11/2019 09:30 | My only concern is if there was to be a placing involved in this deal, then this would have been months in the making. So a potential placing could have been agreed at around the 3p Mark. I just hope that Leon has seen what placings have done to the reputation of JLP and opts to use a small fraction of our $50mil debt facility instead of a placing. | deme1
05/11/2019 09:28 | Imagine if we got a sniff of a buyer for Tjate! | frogkid
05/11/2019 09:27 | All RNS's are price sensitive that's their purpose.Otherwise just stick it on the website or do podcasts with Zack Horsemanuir | plat hunter
05/11/2019 09:26 | Depends on how you look at it Skipper. You have managed to add when potentially many more could have tried at a 7am rns and you would have paid more- or less. eventually the price will reflect on how the end is seen. Be it now, close of play or even tomorrow am. | deme1
05/11/2019 09:24 | Mutely Walters, I agree. Great News RNS for sure but the fact that it is not specified that the Minority funding will not include a placing has stopped the share price blasting through 5p on that release this morning. | alwaysevolving
05/11/2019 09:22 | I wish they wouldn't put these RNS's out at 8.30. A lot of people will have missed this if they are working. Just added 65k anyway. | the skipper
05/11/2019 09:17 | Personally, I couldn't care less, as I'm in for the long term anyway. | scrappycat
05/11/2019 09:10 | Could Losta's 7p become a reality in 2019 | deme1
05/11/2019 09:08 | Historically, I do not project share prices, but I will be very surprised if this is not over 5p by the close. The income potential is booming. | scrappycat
05/11/2019 09:06 | I have to say that given that Hernic started off as a large contract processing demo plant to showcase JLP's processing capabilities on a 30% return, Leon has played a blinder in turning it into the cash generator that it is today. | gsg
05/11/2019 09:06 | Although priced in this is huge news. I think we could actually see another 50% rise in share price by year end | frogkid
05/11/2019 09:04 | 5p has to go now. | adejuk
05/11/2019 09:04 | The fine chrome solution that JLP have crafted could be a game changer in itself Madmark | deme1
05/11/2019 09:02 | DME - if the chrome price remains weak there could be any number of operators in need of business rescue or bailing out. The challenging environment has worked very much in our favour so far. | 1madmarky
05/11/2019 08:59 | I am sure Leon is sitting by the phone awaiting his call from proactive investors! | deme1 |
