“we will update the market on Kabwe before the end of Q4” Hopefully, they will learn from that and not do webcasts and pointless RNS announcements going forward. No CEO can promise to update the market by a particular date on a deal that’s hasn’t been done. They should stick to interims, finals, 4 quarterly production updates and what they are legally obliged to RNS. They aren’t polished or corporate so webcasts make them look amateurish. The numbers should do the talking.

The malaise in JLP's share price is exacerbated by the silence from the BoD. The history of JLP is littered with ‘shareholder disappointment.̵7; Such disappointment (legacy) is easy for many to project into the future, particularly within the backdrop of silence. Silence will be filled with something and that something litters these boards. Even the most ardent supporter will harbour some doubt, no doubt? Psychology plays a larger role in influencing share price trends than the ‘numbers’; fraternity would have you believe. No matter, JLP has no choice but to break the silence soon. Not long to wait now.

Perhaps IF the PGM basket reaches $2000-2400/oz then Tjate may have a future with a large miner?

I hadn't realised that the Sable plant was only hundreds of metres away from Kabwe.

I have put crosshairs over the winding gear at Kabwe, in the first link, and over one of the buildings at Sable in the second link.

Take a look, both locations can be seen in one shot, once you familiarize the two sites.

Although, both parties must have had talks over the years, which have so far come to nothing

Still no news.

Disgraceful disregard shown for shareholders Leon.

For the next webcast, my question to Leon and Colin will be

"Will you STOP lying to shareholders"

Bullster.

Agreed that Implats's Marula is the more likely theory for an asset swap on Tjate.

This article going all the way back to 2007 provides a possible hint.

"Platinum giant Impala Platinum (Implats) said on Thursday that there would be clear synergy between its Marula mine, on the eastern limb of the Bushveld Complex, and LSE- and JSE-listed Jubilee Platinum's contiguous Tjate project, but the two companies were not yet in talks regarding this."

EblitzNobody except you ever said that Tjate was a drag on the share price Remember, I'm not the one up to my neck here, so would make sense that I most likely don't have an agenda. Do you?

Freedom Excellent speech, problem is, it's all still same old, same old, all about tomorrow and the perfect storm etc. Still haven't seen anything too earth shattering documented in audited financials, to date, that is.Talk is cheap with JLP. In fact, let me remind you, the company has burned nearly 100mil of shareholders cash since inception and would be lucky to recover 20mil of that tomorrow, in a fire sale. That also doesn't bode well for you're "surviving the financial crisis" song. Printing money or issuing shares, amounts to a similar concept, when you examine what was achieved. So please don't lump the share price destruction on a few shareholders who have heard every ramped up story, for over a decade and who's patience has currently worn a bit thin.Let's be honest, you have had a dig at me regarding my JLP sentiments, since day one. But you were wrong, because who's position and prediction has remained more constantly accurate, over the last 18+ months? Do you seriously not understand that at this stage, share price performance has almost zero to do with posters on boards and all to do with hard facts, not JLP 's strong point. Ramping and deramping is a tool that may be used, successfully at times, to suit the agenda of day traders, of which I am not. I am an investor, so in JLP's case, I would prefer that the share price grows as a result of solid, proven progress and profits, rather than some artificiality hyped up "jam tomorrow story" Investing is an endless roller coaster ride from bearish to bullish sentiment. Mine will change here when FACTS on the ground meet my expectations, not when you tell me so.

GSG,

Your theory may have legs, if you are considering close proximity could be an advantage of tunnelling across the distance.

If it is your theory, i would favour Impala's Marula mine. The Tjate village community centre as seen on Jubilees website probably sits about centre of the boundary of the Tjate claim and the closest shaft at Marula is 3 miles away, so maybe knock 1-1.2 miles off that to the boundary, not overly cost inhibitive for miners time in travelling underground. Anglo's Twickenham mine is comparatively 4.74 miles from Tjates boundary, thats a lot of dead travelling time at 5 mph, so probably better for them to sink a shaft at Tjate.

So Impala would be my favorite on that basis.

AcesHi, I've got better things to do than read every single post of hundreds of mainly useless posts. I've not even bothered to read over 150 posts on pete's thread since last Friday. Why do you guys need to keep repeating the same rubbish over and over again. We all know the past and placing history to keep the company afloat during the Worlds worst recession, when other companies were going bust. The BOD has turned this company around. Wake UP! Can't you guys see the huge potential here now with all the new projects. I know it's been like 'Jam tomorrow' but as you can see from the quarterly results we're starting to see 'Jam today'.

"what would you suggest is the reason for the past 18 month decline in the SP?"

Just look at yourself in the mirror and you will have your answer. LOL! All you have ever done since you started posting on ADVFN is try and put off potential investors, even though it's very clear by the quarterly updates that Jubilee's income is growing month on month and the full year financial results could well show Jubilee's first ever net profit. Plus look at what is to come this year, PlatCro, ASA increasing production, fine chrome & pgm production and if all goes to plan, Kabwe production... Patience! Patience! Patience! is needed, you can't expect things in Africa to complete quicker or even the same time as in UK.

Why don't you ask those who haven't yet bought, 'why they haven't yet bought'. Most likely, you will get many different answers, like money tied up in other stocks so waiting to sell them when share price increases there. Waiting for BMR to finish selling. Waiting for confirmation on Licence. Waiting for quarterly production results. Waiting to speak to Leon at UK Investor Show end March. Waiting for update on Kabwe. Waiting to see an increase in volume of buys. Waiting for RNS stating production has started for.... Waiting for positive signs on the charts etc., etc... Oh and don't forget to ask those that sold, why they sold, again you will get many different answers.

If you look at most other AIM shares, the charts show similar pattern, however, for Jubilee this imo will all change and those watching quietly, waiting, will most likely all jump in like sheep when we get an RNS announcing a major has signed a JV with Jubilee or some other really positive news. Followed by good PR, which has in the past been limited to a few interviews. I can understand Leon wanting to keep Jubilee low key to a point, when he was negotiating for tailings, but I now think when Jubilee starts production at Kabwe, PlatCro & ASA Fine Chrome etc. With the back up of month on month revenue increases, then it's time to tell the World about Jubilee, starting with a good broker note and if possible getting The DailyMail to do article on Jubilee, as I've notice shares in the past rallying when a positive write-up is done in the DM. When it all comes together, that's when you will see the share price going thru the roof and Colin will get his MidCap. LOL! Oh, and that's without Tjate, if a JV/sale is done in the future then a huge bonus.

If you don't think Jubilee is making positive progress, then why spend 24/7 here. Haven't you anything better to do with your precious life.

Have a good evening.

PS. not sure why I've just wasted 5min of my time posting to you. LOL!
