Good morning Colin Bird,do you remember the Leinster Nickel(BHP Billiton) debacle,18,5 million pound impairment,more than half Jubilee's current market cap and not a single word from management. Colin Bird it's been 2 years and 4 months,how is the court case going with BHP?? Will you take responsibility if nothing comes off it and resign? Is this the way Kabwe,DCM pgms and Tjate is going?

I’ve gone through how no Kabwe update means there is nothing to report and that Leon has a lot of share options and that obviously worked for him when he was agreeing his package with Colin when JLP bought Braemore. I consider negatives, hence my link to the Hernic February business rescue report, flagging that nothing had changed in the month.

He's posts are fairly crude and we have zero insight as to his motives. Does that in any way determine the validity of the issues he raises. Again, the slightest mention of anything potentially negative, that does not fit the narrative, and the messenger is attacked. That reflects a board riddled with bias. “investors on various boards are complaining” If you count Toobs copying and pasting the same post. The posts aren’t genuine anyway. No reasonable investor who holds a meaningful number of shares posts the same thing 3-4 times a day for months. There’s a BMR link, sour grapes over losing Kabwe, and sour grapes over losing money historically. This is a risky business. Share prices can go down. Some posters here should do themselves and the wider investing community a favour and buy a Vanguard tracker. They are not psychologically or financially suited to penny share investing. When you drop cash on a penny share, tell yourself the money’s gone and you’ll never see it again. Otherwise, put a few hundred quid in dozens of different penny shares. Some will go up tenfold, most will go bust. This will remind you of the risks you are taking and you won’t act like psychologically traumatised teenagers when it doesn’t work out for you.

BHP - no more said or explained to jubilee shareholders. Colin and Leon feel that no explanation is necessary to shareholders. NO ACCOUNTABILITY. When u treat shareholders like old rags, trust goes out the window, the market takes note and the shareholder growth gets destroyed. Unprofezsional, incompetent "leaders"
