Seen this before with I3e the shares were walked down only for a takeover to come along at a 40% premium.
Made some happy but many were in at a higher price and felt I3e were sold on the cheap.

i am not underwater. i don't know my ave after 20+ years but it is south of 2p
that in no way mitigates my profound disappointment or my total loss of trust in the bod and leon.
with around 100 mill still overhanging - not incl the missing 300 mill - i can see this going on for at least ano 6 months notwithstanding good Q2 news. that, however, is unlikely
if slater's foot isn't already sore, i suggest he takes his socks off.

Ollie is a non exec Chairman, what on earth do you expect, his role is advisory and he can't do anything about the power or anything else. We are all in this share together and we are all frustrated, especially me as I have bought far too many. Most of us are underwater and are hopes have been dashed, so the only thing left is a remarkable turnaround, which could happen but will take at least 6 months or a buy out which as far as I am concerned is the favourite route so we can all get on to other things.
You sound so desperate which I must admit is understandable but there is nothing we can do.

If Ollie can only give a small amount of his time to jlp due to his other commitments that really isn't good enough. We need at least a 1/2 time chairman to keep an eye on what is going on and calling meetings to discuss any problems. I wonder how much actual board activity takes place.

We been like this for months with no sign of it stopping, the only light is that it has to stop at some point

Given that it looks like the next move is downward. Really need some positive updates here, if only to counter the relentless insti selling.

I completely agree. I have said many times, a shareholder group is needed, a voice for us all. An example would be trying to get other instis on board to take the stock being sold.

They definitely need to.turn this around we have had share price misery for the last few years, ever since Ollie took over from Colin, how he survives, i don't know but the invisible man needs to step up

Out of all the FY2024 activity we earned $6m. Roan was in handover phase until Nov and should have been operating to produce 7kt pa since, thus the 1st half might breakeven.
If so where is the cash coming from to support the IRH dump, the Sable upgrade, and the Thutse concentrators?

Unlikely, JLP specialises in unlocking minerals from waste.

Even if there is an effect on production from a couple of days outages it should not be significant as we will still be producing a reasonable amount of copper and making money from it.Our profits should at least be higher than the last half year and showing movement in the right direction. Otherwise there is something wrong with our process.

I’ve been following this website and have seen no power outages since the 17th December.
Leon would need to had informed the market that production may not be reached as this had happened more than once at Roan before the 17th December causing production to stop and time to get production back on schedule. Not as if you can just turn the switch on.!!

There needs to be a concerted effort of decent news and a posirive climb in revenue and profits this year. Or I'm off !

I think it's possible Jupiter is still selling up as they have to get rid of the lot due to their fund manager jumping ship. Still quite a few to go sadly.

Asset value must be even higher now. It's like having a constantly appreciating house and being cash poor!
