No, nothing in there yet really. It's extremely difficult to put a price on this given the sheer amount of opportunities and potential and that's just what we're aware of. I have no doubt that big things are also going on behind the scenes that could blow this out the water even more

Couldn't agree more Kenny. Private wealth and public squalour. Even billionaires are now calling for more taxes (on themselves). I think they hear the faint clatter of pitchforks in the distance. Some genuinly altruistic of course.
