we should certainly press him but sb, re capitulation , I'm nowhere near it. Just sick of waiting. Even the great IC hasn't had much of an effect.Lol.

I do not think Ollie came on board to sell out at anything like this price.

The Board from memory bought some shares at nearer 10p and as I am sure most of us are confidant that the share price will properly be nearer 20p in late 2025 why would anyone want to sell today?

The only explanation I have is in respect of warrant holders who having taken up millions of shares need to get rid in order to pay off any loans they took out or just to turn a little profit.

I liked the recent update as it was timely , contained a lot of info and showed that the guidance was soundly based so giving confidence in board declaration.

We just have to be patient

Arizona Sonoran have engaged Nuton a leaching advisory group owned by Rio to provide assistance with leaching the bottom of a pit in Arizona. Nuton have been studying leaching for over 30 years. It does seem that where applicable leaching is an excellent way of extracting copper from waste and doing so at at a cost of $2000 per ton whilst not requiring a refinery.

We should press Leon as to our leaching prospects.

The comments here and on the other board from the same people seem like capitulation to me ....

Has anyone seen any figures to say what percentage of the profits IRH will want ?

It's not up to JLP to tell us if IRH has taken a position it's up to IRH

Under 3% stays hidden until holdings update. But they could pick them up through smaller holdings ...

I'd take 12p and think about 10. There are other places that I can put the cash if this is going to amble around here but I'm not taking a big loss unless there is a problem. It's bloody frustrating to sit on the sidelines but the minute I piut eveything on another horse I'll find out it's a donkey.

Can't ask any questions on the Investor Meet now but I think we need to ask tomorrow - have the IRH taken a position in JLP? Can't be much as would need an RNS but if they've started then it will be interesting.
Of course they won't say or reply :-)

The way this goes we could get a bid of 10p and see the share price at 3p! There is some action in m&a, shg for example.

At least that would immediately push the share price up frog. They are worth buying just for that.

next step is massive consolidation
then an investor steps in with a low ball offer - that's the best case.
worst case....

We seem to have rather impoverished directors. I will be pleasantly surprised if Ollie gets his options at 13p but he would be far better off buying now.

Some Director buys wouldn't go amiss right now! Time to show confidence in more than words

Level2 just dropped from 7 vs 1 to 4 vs 1 quite quickly. Weakening as I type!
Absolutely crazy!

why would anyone sell at this juncture?
either an II wants out at year end or it's just the usual pi stuff.
the latter seems more likely given the low volume

You can still buy for 5.111p so certainly no upward pressure there at the moment. Shouldn't be any shares available at these prices but there seems to be a lot. Investor Meet tomorrow won't add any new info but may reassure some who are still either waiting to buy or worried about holding.
