I'd assume one of each. They look like off book trades so just passed from one party to another

If the Tax isn't in the millions maybe JLP should make an offer to pay it and just move on already. Or pay it for now and recoup it over the next few years. I'm sure our man Ollie is on this.

I agree with you John. Eastern Strategy is almost 2 years old and still pending.
Northern Strategy is non existent until the Tax is dealt with which was obvious unsuccessful in April and by the information we did receive it's gonna take a long time to sort out. What Leon said about the Tax is not very promising, something about the previous owner needs to agree on a figure and then pay it. How long that takes or if it happens at all who knows, does the previousowner even have money to pay the Tax bill, we will never know. That's precisely why the Southern Strategy is now called the Northern Strategy... and new plans have been laid down until the Tax thing is resolved.
What JLP needs to do is concentrate on Stable/Roan and get it to 14 000 tons. It's tall order since we only producing 3000 tons (hopefully) at the moment. The market isn't stupid and imo the share is not going anywhere fast for the next few months. UNLESS Leon pulls a rabbit.

To me the problem here is uncertainty. Leon has been very clear about the strategy but the proposed deals for the eastern limb and crucially the proposed access to an existing copper refinery in northern Zambia just haven't crossed the finishing line. By now it must be at least a year since they were first mentioned but we have no idea why they have not happened.
The strategy is fine in my opinion and in the analysts call Leon gave an idea of the capital costs which should be finance able without an equity issue. Once the copper refinery deal is actually real analysts will be able to forecast profits and at that point we should re-rate.

Let's hope Leon can pull a rabbit out of a hat because sentiment is horrendous.

If they are insiders the only reasons to sell would be because they needed the money or sold some to finance the others. The worst scenario would be if they didn't think the share price would go any higher!

Essentially over production in DRC, but worth a read.

10m shares on 2.7bn total shares. Hardly dilutive, though will lead to reduced share price if they sell

If they were cashed in now the total profits would be less than 400k and that would be between several people of entities. Company would get about half a mill squid. Not much in the scheme of things.

They are all there for people to see as long as they seriously pay attention. How many of us do though. They are also not really freebies. They are at the veryleast encouragement.

I'm just sick of the guessing game interspersed with various folks getting freebies and us having to join the dots. Nothings changed here.
