Interesting that stock does now seem short.

True, it was frog. but 1976 had nothing to compare with the current glacial melt down. Sea water levels are rising, and there is no scientific evidence on which to base an assumption they will not continue to so so. New York. London etc have some significant problems in the offing.

1976 was very warm too. No way can man compete with the power of volcanoes, moon and tides, the sun or the universe,

The world seems oblivious to the warnings given by the recent very high temperatures suffered by the Canada and the American west/mid west, plus the vast flooding in parts of Europe. The Hurricane season has yet to come, and the indications seem to be that there will be some very severe ones likely. Global Warming is a fact, and the highest polluters (the richer countries) must respond uniformly. Will this happen, who knows?
If the richer countries do not uniformly accept responsibility, the future is precarious indeed IMHO.

i confess to being stunned by this.
would never have thought we could see such a drop on no volume.
when it began, i was prepared to see 15p, and still am, but never seriously believed it would happen and we are en route.
