My only concern is a short term one, in that we may have built our expectations a little too high for now. New plant takes a while to get to full production so the huge profits we are expecting may be a little further down the line.
Also with the BBI being so high I can't help but wonder if the 3rd party suppliers we have will not be getting some kind of profit share from the pgms.

Agreed GSG... Everyone's been talking up the massive future but at the smallest move against expectations it's a massive tree shake or seems wrong... Hardly massive 0.5p...and we share a market with businesses of all kinds and the market influences peoples decisions... Especially when they are sitting on fat profits already.. And the MMs trade on psychology... Its their bread and butter to create price movement... Personally... Nothing's changed to alter my view that this is going to fly.

Interesting that Antofagasta had just a similar drop today with a similar interest in Copper at the moment. I'd be surprised if our drop signifies anything awful. If it was anything that would significantly move the stock price we would surely have heard under the regulations and the insti's certainly would.

hmmm. A strange drop indeed very late in the day for no reason, on the back of weeks and weeks of barely any movement. The jury is out for me. And i hold 1.2m in my SIPP and some IG Sept 2021 positions. Lets be honest, if JLP cant make utter fortunes right now and going forward in this very very strong commodity climate, then they may as well shut the doors and go home.

Beggars belief really. I live in hope. Lets see what tommorow brings.

I don't think its smelly per se ..... there is anticipation and knowledge of impending news and it is not unknown for MMs to anticipate the price action and profit from having stock on hand immediately prior .. moving the price around unsettles a few and liberates some ready stock...

There have still been no TR1s issued with regard to the II purchases, so I think they are still feeding, and being accommodated by the MMs at mates' rates. Hence the lack of price movement. Times will change very shortly, I suspect.

If the figures are what we’re expecting then the institutions will own 95% of Jubilee before June imo, then watch the brakes come off.
