Just look at global markets and you will realise today’s fall is just because of the market and nothing to do with JLP.

Bad day for the portfolio 6 red 1 blue. Waiting for the Yanks to tell us if we keep going down. Will be adding more JLP on the bounce once the Yanks confirm direction.

No TR!s, so assume the IIs are still accumulating - and why not, the outlook for JLP is superb IMHO.

Price action has very little to do with JLP and much more to do with outside markets which are experiencing shockwaves of volatility as fear kicks in.

Notable indicators are US 10yr Yield which drops as money leaves equities markets and moves into Treasuries

DXY made a move higher and broken 200DMA at 90.6. This is significant though it did happen a couple of times back in Sep before turning lower again.

SP500 just taken out 200DMA. First time since end of October.

Metals & miners have been under a lot of pressure these past days (& months). Gold remains supported above the 1800 level by the 'Shanghai Put'. Large Caps % Mid Caps (miners) are a bargain but, as with JLP, remain vulnerable to an ongoing correction in equities markets.

Losta has made a great call so far on this one by selling into strength at 13 - which is exactly right if you have a larger position to move. The call for 6-7p is certainly possible but will not have anything to do with the fundamentals of JLP. There is a macro event taking place and it is taking everything down.

It is very early stages and is more likely to come to nothing than to turn into something large. This is the first turbulence we have had in quite some time and as traders/investors have become rather complacent in past months then hedging positions have been somewhat neglected. This means that this current spell can feel quite bumpy until a readjustment takes place.

Losta is no millionaire SB ... fantasy trader IMHO . Lloyds .. all he has done is put a £1k short in ..borrowing the money from the broker trying to make £20 . Clue is in the name . Just a ramper / deramper ?

Trouble with instis having a lot of shares is that they can lend them out to shorters. Much harder to do that with PI's. Let's hope that isn't happening.

True, but knowing the markets, they can be adding on a drop. Perhaps discussing it today in their offices. Mcap is down by 25% in recent days, that's a lot of money to save. Takeover offer even more possible at this cheap levels.
