Who are the II's ?. any mention of names?, or do we have to wait for an official RNS?. Either way, the share register wil need updated with them at some point. Just out of interest really.

Do you think it helps against potential takeover. I always thought the opposite as many of us set unrealistic takeover targets where the II's would be happy with something less than a 100% return.

They want the II’s on board to validate the company’s current market cap and share price by buying in the current share price The balance sheet is now strong and in the future additional funds for investment can be borrowed rather than issuing new shares. This is great news for shareholders. A very positive presentation.

Bull,

The introduction of more IIs both solidifies the status of the company, and offers similar protection from T/O attempts had Leon/Colin continued to hold the shares now in the II hands.

I missed the answer they gave on why we need the II's on board. I presume it's because they are supportive on investing more and driving expansion. They did say they may welcome more but would look to fund growth via the balance sheet. Bar a huge market crash, looks like some good growth coming here.

Sounds like this year is very promising from both the income point of view, and the construction point of view. Leon obviously still believes the company will achieve mid cap status, and is hopeful that this will be achieved before his retirement, though will be happy either way.
