Plat ,

You are correct BUT JLP knows how to do it better. It is that expertise which JLP would be helping others to employ but they would be charging for it.

Why is it MacDonalds (amongst hundreds of other businesses) franchise. Come on Doacana please give us a commercial and sensible explanation ! Your comments so far seem to demonstrate a lack of understanding although my grandchild has pointed out that JLP do not sell hamurgers.

Tim... I think that is what Frog is referring...You can't sell, what you don't own. There is no such thing as the 'jubille way', they're not the first, nor the last. It's chemistry and off the shelf, turnkey machinery from China.

Frogkid,

There is no IP which we can register. Leon has repeated over and over that it is the "Jubilee Way" which sets us apart and is why JLP has not registered any IP. Mac Donalds does not worry about people knowing they sell hamburgers they worry about doing it better. JLP should be looking at the world and deciding best how to obtain the largest "landgrab "possible in the shortest possible time.

Hello Tim
What on Earth are you talking about
We’re not Prontoprint
The mentioned IP is being fine tuned all the time
And it’s the management that counts

Problem with that Tim is the IP.

Bullster,
JLP should start franchising. I think there are plenty of small mining outfits and wealth management firms, UBS and the like, who would love the certainty and margins a JLP franchise would provide. The benefit to JLP would be that it would get a franchise fee to begin plus a royalty ongoing. Thus JLP could expand its footprint rapidly and without capital being required. JLP would gain longterm knowledge of other juristrictions and would be able to progress their own future more easily. The market would love the idea of a steady royalty income and the P/E would get and upward revision.

Like with other large sells their has always been large buys to match, so I wouldn't worry about the warrants. Leon did say last year that any large trades their brokers always match them.

I doubt it will have an effect on roan as it should be just about up and running

Could have a bit of a lull with all these warrants now coming to fruition.

I can imagine they will be happy to offload and gain an instant substantial profit.

That said IF results do blow the doors off then the warrants will soon get snapped up.

Does anyone know whether the SA border closure will have an effect on Project Roan? I thought the original closure slowed the development of Sable down due to issues with getting engineers in the country?

Undertaker, can you update the BBI in the header for Nov & Dec.

Bullster has given the following figures in his post 33390:

30/11/2020 = $2,634
31/12/2020 = $2,791

TIA
