Yes, he says a 50% rise to 17p but does say that this is a 'conservative' target. It's a very positive write up. I, like many here, think it will go a whole lot higher than that!

I did wonder if any tipsters would make this a tip for 2021, does TW have a new target. I know his old target was 16p which I think we will easily hit if half year results are good or project Rohan starts production.
