Quite so Platty old chum, fortuitously I sold a ton of dollars a few months back abd purchased JLP with the proceeds. At some point I will convert back and purchase my beach house in Key Biscayne.

In 18 months Time jlp should be making 65 million from pgm 80 million from copper, 10 million from chrome. That's 155 million per year profit, I put a market cap on that of around 1.5 billion or around 6 times today's share price.

Profit from roan alone should be around 35 million

I'm expecting a WH Ireland broker update any time now with copper heading for $8000 per ton, as soon as the next RNS drops.

And with it an upgrade to a target share price of 16//17p

Problem - Jubilee is moving so fast that by the time it's published it will be out of date - LOL.

Would be a nice Chrissy present

Copper going well.

Revenues from Sable at 14,000 tons per annum will be in excess of $100M at current prices, and leon said Sable would operate on a margin of 30%+

Not to mention improved figures on expansion to 25k a year.

Go figure

I tend to agree. Twitter is ablaze with charts and various methods of TA. Personally I do not put too much emphasis on them - especially when it comes to individual companies.

Where charts MAY play a more important role is with regards to the metals themselves. For instance there is some good cycle analysis on gold and the chart of the Gold/Silver ratio is interesting. Platinum chart also interesting.

Charts when the fundamentals have completely changed 🤷‍a94;️

I’ll go with the flow and if they indicated 25p I’ll accept that ... but really ... the amount of dilution over that chart period as well .

Carvelo ... on fundamentals and the the 2 projects coming on board then you could be looking at easily double where we are at now . It may take the next financials or confirmation of a dividend to really get the ball rolling but when you look at the basket price and volume of materials ... simple calculations point toward tens of millions of free cashflow profits per month . DYOR ... it’s all there . Take a look at the Elephant and Roan projects .. potentially major .

meanreverter,

I got the price per lb from kitco.

I then multiplied it by 2,240 lbs to the tonne.

edit.... i suppose i should have multiplied by 2204.622621848776

i prefer the cane to detention , lol.

MemeXX,

I'm still learning on the chart front, as I'm also into fundamentals. The chart notes make sense and look very encouraging. Lets hope it points to the eventual outcome. Thanks for sharing.

Bullster: Minor query: Did you get the pound and tonne prices from different sources ($3.5248 / lb equates to $7,770.85 / tonne)?

Yes. Not my chart. Just sharing.

I am more interested in fundamentals. I was initially drawn to JLP in June/July as I was looking to diversify my PM (Gold & Silver) holdings into other metals with a bias towards Platinum as I think it is way undervalued. Started building a holding from there and is now my largest position. As long as Leon continues to deliver then I will hold until the macro picture changes. However it seems to me that the Fed is determined to spur inflation and this commodities bull market is only just starting. I think we may be surprised just how far JLP can run with such a tailwind. For now I will continue adding on dips.

MemeXX,

The model you posted shows a chart with a sweet spot around 22.5p which was my original long term target. I have recently modified my target to 30p, based on recent news flow. I'd be happy at 22.5p however I now genuinely believe that 30p is possible due to recent news, combined with potential developments at Tjate and Dilokong which are currently valued at zero.

Perhaps though, the best aspect of this performance is that it did not include the rest of 2020, thus giving followers of CEO Leon Coetzer’s money-making machine plenty to look forward to in the next update. This is especially the case given the way he has been buying up the rights to copper, chrome and cobalt tailings, left, right and centre.

Means in an uptrend and first major resistance at 20p....or something like that. Personally not big on Technical Analysis but good to know that the potential of JLP is being broadcasted on #FinTwit....I may also have something to do with that :)

Very pleased with progress.
Slow and steady increases will win the race. I can see this getting to 18p by Xmas, and 30p as the good news rolls in next year.
Happy to have been here for a long time, and no intention of disappearing for a while. Just lurking, and reading all sensible contributions. Thank you.
