Keep Plat on the board ... it would be boring for starters without him and secondly it’s good t0 have a deramper to prompt you to think and research the company in order to be able to refute their arguments and build more confidence in your investment . He may have the odd valid point also.

I don't understand the comments on Zar/Sterling translations.
JLP is a UK company and should keep its accounts in sterling or maybe US$. JLP could keep a set of books in Zar for local tax matters. If as has been suggested JLP convert its USD receipts into Zar as it goes along and translates its hardware purchases into Zar as it buys them and come the year-end translates its ZAR book accounts back into USD it would be ridiculous to say it had bought a plant for $1m on 1st July 2019 and converted into Zar at say 1:1 and the Zar depreciated by 50% over the year so that come the year-end the plant would be only valued at $1/2m it would not be a true and fair view of the company's position.
The inference is that the accounts which are being presented to us for approval at the AGM are really South African accounts.

If there are accusation of fraudulent activity, then that crosses the line without evidence. Though, if he has evidence, why not report it to the relevant authorities?
Maybe even raise his allegations with the company so they are aware.

Plathunter-you need to look at page 63 of the financial statements-study the facts and stop spouting unfounded conspiracy theories.Cash generated from operations -year ended 30 June 2019 -£5 million-year ended 30 June 2020-£19 million -a pretty healthy rise in most people’s books.This cash generated has then be used to invest in future profit generating projects.Your accusation that the company is short of cash are unfounded
You need to take a breath and stop spreading unfounded allegations against the company-it could get you into a lot of trouble.All you have been posting here has no facts to support it-

Webcast question.If any of you will connect, can you ask please if the company is planning to move its trading to the liquid segment SETS? We are 150M mcap company and still trading at illiquid SETSqx. My broker for example doesn't offer SETSqx on their online platform. Possibly more brokers have the same rules so not all can technically buy them cheap.

Kenny there is no growth in FREE cashflow that's the problem.Free Cashflow should grow in line with net earnings regardless of capex expenditure. Once you strip out the placings the FCF is actually falling.That's not right for a company that's claiming 160% growth per reporting period.EBITDA and lack of quarterlies is masking it... Look harder

Unfortunately all forms of social media attracts attention seeking self obsessed clowns-Plathunter seems to be a prime example-as JLp becomes more and more successful his unresearched ramblings will become more and more desperate.He has to be careful as accusing the directors of fraud could well lead to libel action against him.I did not realise he was so deranged that he was deramping JLP on other boards.
