Those conspiracy idiots that think the government can microchip us all through vaccination need to put their (very few) brain cells to work and try to understand the number of people that would have to be involved in the enterprise without giving it away. Considering the inability of ANY government to keep ANYTHING secret that is even more ridiculous than the prospect itself. Some people really do need to grow up and stop watching fantasy movies. Try reading a book, get an education, take some tablets, ANYTHING but just clear off and stop bothering saner members of this board.

Great to see some people waking up to what's actually going on and have taken the time to do their own research rather than simply sitting in front of the TV and taking in everything Sophie Raworth and Kay Burly tells them without question. You'll always get the die-hards and dullards on here who'll be determined to remain ignorant till the end, strange but each to their own I suppose.

Adejuk. I do sympathise with the elderly I truly do but to shut the world down due to a bad virus is a bit extreme. Obviously measures need to be taken to protect the elderly.

hi clarky111..i have read the ons figures also..they are there for all to see..you can not argue with the facts only 307 deaths your correct..it is the government and msm that are putting peoples lives at risk..there have been more suicides than actual cov19 deaths in Ireland as an example.. more people have died because they can not get treatment at hospitals..the government have in my view caused many more deaths than cov19 and they need to be held accountable...if only the brain dead would wake up..go and do actual reserch..we can win this battle against us the people. I would love to know how many times the brainwashed have actually checked out the bbc and government conspiracy theories to see if they are true...because millions like us have and we know because of the facts 100
% they are lying

clarky. i published an article in march suggesting much of what you say. in particular i asked the question about excess deaths, which is the only meaningful question,to compare deaths year on year. i said that there would be a spike and maybe two but that next year we would see that excess deaths were % wise very small. i still believe that, but i am well into my 70's and didn't and don't want to be one of the excesses. the govt and the epidemioligists have still not figured out a way to keep the economy running and protecting peeps like me - and i am fully employed.

I doubt many would question your right to question/criticise Government action. However, whilst doing so, in order to protect the rest of us if you are wrong, I view it as totally irresponsible of you and those who think as you do, not to follow the Government ground rules.

Of course we need to protect our elderly. But by following each and every rule with the facts suggesting the rules are wrong is crazy. All we are saying is ask more questions and don't be silenced so easily
