This is going places next week and Krypton will look even sillier than usual. If you haven't yet then I'd certainly take a look at the candlestick charts. All Bulls and no bears what so ever, they show Krypton to be a no funds troll for sure.

Krypton, "The last placing was at a discount"I think that says more about your sophistication and understanding of the corporate world, if you really believe, marketing, due diligence, allocation KYC & SOF can be completed in a little over a week.

What about our amazing relationship with SA.
Setting up centres and employing locals! Yet we cannot even get them to grant us the Plat licence at DCM, that said it has only been about 4 years!

That’s my boy, keep the deramping up for a bit longer Krypton.

Two more tranches for me, the first will be this week :-)

PS
No idea why you spend your life here but each to their own.

The last placing was at a discount after Colin and Leon pumped the share price up with a series of ramps

Colin fired the cannon when everyone least expected it. Buyers at the top saw a 25% loss with the recent pull back

It's not over yet. The share price will see sub 4p again shortly or another discount placing. Which ever comes first. Usually Plat

I don't mind placings if they are done when the share price is at a premium to the underlying value. What causes me to be cautious is when deals have been done at a discount to the underlying value as this loss comes straight out of our pockets and understates the true cost of what has been bought.
At present heir is nothing in the share price for Kabwe, Tjate or Windsor. DCM PGM's are also absent. However they maybe in and then that figure discounted to allow for further issues.
imo the BOD should allow the existing projects to come online which should see a massive increase in the net profit and share price based on a reasonable P/E. After that JM would have a premium share price and lots of cash to enable new large project to be undertaken perhaps in Australia.
Certainly the share price being under 4p recently was absurd and I did buy a few more shares but JM is unpredictable.
If all the whoo Ha with GLR is that JM are bidding for them the current MCap of GLR represents pocket money for JM so no issue should be needed for that.

You or Colin are not fooling anyone. How many times have you said this, weeks before the cannon get's rolled out?

nelson01 - 25 Oct 2019 - 07:01:51 - 15450 of 19633 Mighty Oaks from Tiny Acorns (Moderated) - JLP

The money for sable has been in the bank for months and we have months of production from Windsor chrome and PGMs, I don’t think there is any need for placing.

Jubilee already did two massive deals. One Kabwe one chrome tailings

They still haven't paid for those yet so expect another placing for working capital

Depends on the deal. Could be one deal for multiple sites, which could have staged developments.

Well if we did then that's midcap, we'll be on our way to a billion mcap.Billion mcap at current issuance would be around 50p so assuming 20% dilution then we're still on for 40p or even 30p at 40%When you look at like that, it's difficult to see how the share price won't increase, on any new placing news.

imo that's what I think they're going after. The next deal will be of that magnitude. Just a guess though.

No more placing imo.
Leon eluded to perhaps one more placing which we’ve now had.

The amount of money coming in now will be ample to fund any opportunities that are in the offing or yet to surface.

Tjate is also coming into play again imo.

Lovely joint venture will see us hitting handsome new highs.

Next week will be the first of many blockbuster rises imo.

Lookout for further director deals too.

On page 62 of the last annual report there's a note saying that unpaid directors remuneration is provided for in the accounts at a value of £680,878 to be taken as cash or payment for shares.
Takes a lot of belief in a company to forgo your wages for years to improve the company's cash position. I think you'll see Leon starting to take those options up in the not too distant future, certainly in the next year.

On current form, a 50-60million deal would equate to a single 300mill (min) EBITDA project. That would be quite accretive to the SP
