Leon, you seem to be a master of share price falls and reversing share price increases.

You get stuck in the ii's cycle of paying dividends as well. So once we are at a greater market cap you need others to get on-board to take it higher.

Not unusual though, more reliable funding in the future! PI’s can at least hang on!

Jubilee continues to transition from a PI to an II shareholder base. I thought the last fund raising would have dried up the II demand, however it's still on going imo.

Shame for the PI's who held through the roughest times, then only to transfer their shares to II's, just as Jubilee begins to break into the big time.

If earnings are genuinely skyrocketing, I'd be ecstatic if Colin mothballed the Cannon for a year or two.

Possibly Kenny and just as likely. However their was an element of PI take up in the offer.Irrespective of any offering period, another 2 or 3 of these type of placing's and we'll be closer to 20p than 4p

I don’t think this went out 90 days ago Plat . The way Leon has been running around isn’t it more likely this was a very quick and spontaneous management decision backed up by juicy figures in order to get some institutional investment money on board . £6m is a tiny drop in the market ocean .

Plat ... agreed on your assessment of share price stagnation this week . True test is after the placing has been reported successful .

Kenny Agreed, that's why I hang around holding a few crumbs. I do still believe the potential exists. Growth, yes, but almost 2 decades of spending and nothing substantial banked or passed on in value to shareholders. Combined with questionable business ethics at times, rather than fraud, as Platt suggests. These should remain concerns for shareholders. Hence my reluctance to adopt Losta's approach to investing in JLP. Although I have had substantial holdings here at times, over ten or so years, I am certainly remain partly sceptical. Platt, or is it Nelson today, you've only been around a few years and it's actually been some of the shocker years for JLP. Guaranteed you are sitting on a stinker of a holding, if the string of poor calls you've continued to spew, are anything to go by. No one's buying that "free shares" BS Never forget, investors like myself may have bought in at over R2 (probably around 20p at the time) But we were also around to capitalise on ridiculously low share price levels. Infact, I and I'm sure plenty of others here bought a ton at extremely low levels around 20 cents (aprox 1p at the time) Bought and sold plenty over the years, still doesn't change my opinion of where this company is currently at.

Deme you can't buy 8% of issuance here on the secondary market without taking the share price way above 4p.These placings are a blessing trust me, they not only onboard quality insti support but the premium creates a price target and a new higher support point. You won't be able to buy these at 4p for long...Remember when we said that at 3p.The issuance is getting diluted but our wealth isn't.

"Another lesson in accretive placings for Deme"

I am still trying to process your 90 day placing lesson!

where people agreed to pay 4p per share 90 days ago, when the price at the time was 3p? That is some next level investing right there and i will be the first to admit i do not understand the concept ;)

Take a 2 year view of JLP and you can’t go wrong imo. It’ll 10 bag possibly more.

Holding tight and accumulating as and when funds allow.

Top up for me (250k) and another lined up for Friday.
