The £59 million market cap is too high considering this is a big cash burning company with no profits made to date

There are over 100 million warrants at an average of 5p until 2023. That will keep the share price low for years. The most recent ones are 3.8p until 2021. 10% dilution if all warrants are bought

The £6.1 million loan from ACAM can be converted into 5% loan notes at any time at a price of 2.81p. That’s another 5% dilution at less than 3p

This is staying sub 4p for the next 2 years
