So basically all the shareholders will be dead before any royalty is received...lol

The royalty is practically worthless anyway. The terms of the JV agreement ensured that.

"JLP execute the project with 100% control of projects appointments and costs, with all costs to be fully recovered prior to any share"

Essentially JLP appoint themselves, decide how much they get paid for the services and raise an invoice as contractors before any metals are recovered and sold

The money Bmr had will be gone on Borelli’s wages and new company car....the problem is they can’t even have a placing as they are not listed....I think they will sell
The royalty back to Jlp for a pittance just to keep the lights on and Borelli in the style he has become accustomed.

BMR watch are clueless. They could have essentially sacked Borrelli several months ago and stuck the company into dormancy for the purpose of royalty and returning shareholder money.

JLP never have a problem coming up with new outlays, which are always well justified, at the time. Their problem is converting these acquisitions and spends, into proven profit. Infrastructure and in fact, in certain instances, stock, is worthless if it cannot be converted into true profit. This basic concept is the downfall of countless ventures.

Buying infrastructure against earnings is not a project operation loss.

It's an investment that will be recouped with higher earnings.

“There were no losses at DCM”. Are you kidding me? Latest production data to H1 19, Chrome Update, H2 18 loss attributable to Jubilee £267k, H1 19 profit attrituble to Jubilee £1,576k, total project earnings £1,219k, that means JLP share of the DCM loss was £356k because the 50% of the loss not attributable to them is pulling down the total profit and only DCM earnings are shared 50/50. £267k loss H2 18 + £356k loss H1 19 = £623k loss for Jubilee in the 12 months to 30 June 2019.

Goldibucks,

At DCM it was stated that Fine Chrome Plant would be paid for out of earnings.

JLP paid £2.5m for F.C.P. to be installed, so the £625k you say that was a loss was actually the shortfall, covered from previous operating profit at DCM.

“Unlucky Goldi” ASA have opened a new shaft? On top of the shafting they’ve been given by JLP at DCM? £624,000 of losses each in the 12m to 30 June 2019? I bet they can’t wait for Leon’s next idea.

That's massive news GSG.

I think most have overlooked just how big DCM's ambitions are.

It's not about how much money you have, it's about how you deploy it. Just a couple of grand here, is likley to change your life some how.

You said you were staying away from this thread. You must value the opinions on here otherwise you would stay away like you said you would

Now do us a favour and leave the professionals to do what we do best by pointing out the fact that Jubilee isn't profitable

Go stick your head back in Leons ass

Hi AcesHi!
The very best reason NOT to be invested in any company is that you do not trust its top management.
You evidently do not trust Leon Coetzer.
Yet you are invested here (or so you claim).
QED: You must be a bit of a moron (or a liar).
Logically, you should either sell your shares, or stop pretending to own shares that you don't.
Personally, I'm very happy to be invested here as I do trust Leon Coetzer. (But then I have an unfair advantage, as I know people who know him, and they all rate him very highly, both personally and professionally).

FozYou really are a prize specimen, banging on about morons. It's simple JLP HAVE, TO DATE NOT PROVEN ANY AUDITED TAXABLE PROFITS. Just because management throw around some figures, you lot take it all at face value and grab onto them, like a dog with a bone. Have you not learned anything during your time invested with JLP. They always provide over inflated estimations and claims, intending to paint a picture more attractive than reality on the ground . You can only argue numbers with anyone here, once the audited financials are made public. Even then there will be a lack of transparency and clarity, I guarantee this.
