Pity they can’t report these as a sale and negative sale to be neutral. Putting both on the sale loads the volume!

Jubilee should not have to retrace. Its been retracing for over 15 years. The market is expecting bad results for Q1 2019.

don't see why a retrace should be inevitable for a growth stock that hasn't even started yet . the trouble is even small volumes to the downside seem to move this 5% or more .

kryptonsnake,

I think you have a point there. There is always a pull between taking profits now or thinking that there is a better return to be had by staying put. Investing is part art, no doubt.

This is such an easy stock to guess from here, the share price is trading at a support level which is also clearly waiting for the quarterlies to kick on to the next level.

Sharenotes,

A lot of placing shares are still being sold off. It will probably test 2.75 as support whether the results are good or bad

kryptonsnake,

After carefully considering your detailed analysis and thorough argument, I beg to differ. Meanwhile, when volume is low, the noise can seemingly give your comment some validity. We need volume to establish a real trend and that should be forthcoming in the near term.

I’m going for £800k from Hernic in March. The company have stated there will be a return to previous levels from March (but not from when in March!) and with a slight increase in basket price, I think this is achievable as long as the power outages had stopped.

I also expect £600k from Platcro chrome (when do we stop calling it Platcro material? It’s ours now) so that comes to £3.4 million for the quarter that can be reasonably estimated. I have no idea how anyone can quantify DCM fine chrome, but if the March production cancels out the losses of Jan/Feb, I will be happy.

sleveen,

I am all for profit; even in profit with JLP but will not be taking that profit any time soon as I think this has legs. The rear view mirror drivers, of course, will beg to differ.

Given the rise in the basket price and reasonable production £1m is certainly possible albeit it could be the top end?

I took a profit in AAU a few months ago, a little early with what is now known.

Goldi- I agree that DCM fine chrome probably at best broke even for the quarter.... but am going for £3.1 as I think PlatCro chrome is definitely out performing. An extremely good acquisition.

Yes Hernic was £1.1m for January and February, quite a bit down on where it should have been. Bullster is saying March alone will be £1m.

Didn’t realise this was already reported in terms of delayed production.
