Not rarefied when thousands would choose 3.00p as a popular figure/milestone for a stop loss.

If that's what you're getting at, sharenotes.

Bullster, when you get to the rarefied level of seven figure (£) plus trades, I would be highly surprised if the stop-loss option even figures in the thinking.

Would they be able to offload so soon?

Wondered if it's simply some of the recent positions taken by big investors. The average maybe 3p but the trade could comprise many different prices. Now shown as trade complete. If this is the case then the recent buying strength may take a breather and we could see further profit taking.

Whoever made the acquisition, 3p must have been seen as good value. Let’s hope that sets the new floor. It is far easier to buy large equity chunks than it is to sell. I see this as a positive.

The market maker can see where stop losses are set.

They take the price down to get those shares.

They then have cheap shares to sell back.

(clue) The drop in share price was limited.

Just weak hands from the placing making £250k for two weeks commitment. Nice work if you can get it.

Stop loss trigger ?

3.00p dead would be a common value for many.

Freedom agreed. We like it when ii's get on board but they may not share our exit strategy. I wonder if there are enough of us to vote down any such bid if it comes it comes in well below our expectations. This is all very early I know but it would be gutting to have waited this long and then we get forced to accept a bid well below 20p. I realise this smacks of unicorn dreaming

How many shares does Colin Bird own these days?

He made 10’s of millions selling Kiwara a few years back so presumably has a big slug here if he believes in it.

Possibly, proof of concept is definitely present. However, the company has not yet fully built up a modus operandi. PlatCro chrome isn't far off, I.e. offering a tailored processing solution for both large and small.
Kabwe and DCM will be proof, can they turn a single resource into a long term business.
Once they have sorted out the business approach then it is a ctrl+c ctrl+v at other locations. This repeatability is key, once at that point then they are a target.

Plat, I disagree, the hard work of getting contracts signed and Licenses & funding is all done, the construction of plants is the easy part.

gsg - if the buy pressure is sustained then it might not take too long.
Anyone taking profit earlier in the hope of buying back cheaper would have to have been fairly nimble this morning.

Eyes are on JLP yes but takeover target.. Way way too early. Who want's to take over a company to do all the hard work themselves?

We're safe from that until earnings are being generated from Kabwe at a minimum

Once the mm's have collected all the shares they need, I wonder if an intra-day reversal will be on the cards?

quite so freedom, ironically the lack of insti investors in the past has kept our share price low (amongst other things) but has also kept us safe from takeover. Now that security is removed as a concert party could easily achieve sufficient for a takeover. Fingers crossed we will get to 10p plus before anything like that happens.
