Miton already owned about 35 million shares so have added 77 million to take them over 6%

That still leaves over 400 million shares out of 491 issued

If they don't end up with long term holders there will be plenty being sold off over the months

It makes BMRs 17 million shares look insignificant, yet even those will cause the share price to remain low if being sold off

The market cap has gone up inline with the placing cash hitting the coffers

The cash balance will mostly be used on Kabwe and repaying company debt. Kabwe won't produce any earnings for 2 years so nothing to get excited about just yet
