13/12/2023 21:49 | Crypto holdings are on fire at the moment. KR1 and $COIN have exploded this year. With Bitcoin halving event soon I'm hoping for a parabolic move in the next few months🤞 | aishah
13/12/2023 19:33 | Well done Hedgehog. Like you say not many small caps have doubled this year. | battlebus2
13/12/2023 19:20 | This has certainly been a bad year for penny shares, so to come close to breaking even Battlebus is an impressive performance - well done. And in effect it could be seen as a de facto increase, as many of the shares you may be looking to buy have become a lot cheaper. So in this environment, any share which has c. doubled this year stands out more than usual as a particularly impressive performance. And NWT is a prime example of this: up 98.5% in 2023 as I write (from 33p to 65.5p). And this rise should be just for starters, as there should be more to come - plenty more! This isn't I think just a recovery from an oversold position: this is I believe just an initial rerating from what could well be one of the great all-time growth stocks. I first tipped NWT on this thread just over a year & a half ago, at 32.5p, since when its share price has more than doubled; I hope some readers here got some, but if not, this train looks to be only just be leaving the station. Hedgehog 100 24 May '22 - 08:52 - 12349 of 15317 Edit 0 1 0 "NWT has been featured a bit on this thread in the past, and I believe is now well worth revisiting. - ... Currently 32.5p, market cap. £3.05M." Newmark Security (NWT):- | hedgehog 100
13/12/2023 18:19 | A good day for ORCH HVO and GTC but tempered by MSI though the portfolio is now only -0.5% YTD. | battlebus2
13/12/2023 18:10 | MSI is so illiquid it will swing 10% on small volumes. I’d say it’s a buying opportunity. ORCH yes should have finished higher, patience will reward eventually. | battlebus2
13/12/2023 17:03 | MSI finished today close to where it was on Tuesday V unwarranted imo, might get some more tomorrow. Thought ORCH would be further up. | scottishfield
13/12/2023 09:53 | Good news from HVO and relief at ORCH. Both have been a very tough hold for different reasons. Poor response thus far from the market to both. I will look to add to both in the coming days. I bought MSI yesterday at long long last at a shade over 909, hope i'm not too late to the party. | fozzie
13/12/2023 07:45 | Hi Scottishfield, yes relief 🥲. The dividend gave confidence but the naysayers of some forums can sow seeds of doubt at times. It’s a quality business that will be snapped up at some point. | battlebus2
13/12/2023 07:17 | ORCH excellent Finals. Income up , loan book up 38% and profits 🆙 12.5% to £1.71 million. Dividend maintained at 3p currently paying 8%. Couldn’t be happier. ✅✅✅ HVO 16.8 million RSV trials and trading slightly ahead. ✅✅✅ | battlebus2
12/12/2023 22:17 | GlassHalfFull will be over the moon with the bid appraoches for SMRT. I remember his detailed analysis on Twitter before he stopped posting. Well done mate if you're looking in. | aishah
12/12/2023 20:27 | Thanks Aishah. Hopefully 🙏 | battlebus2
12/12/2023 20:09 | Things are looking much better bb2 over the last few weeks. The AIM index is not far off its 120d SMA. Confidence returning as rates are on pause and inflation coming down. A spate of takeovers too and I'm observing quite a lot of RNSs where companies are executing buybacks. Hopefully the equity outflows from funds are abating and money is moving into stocks. I've started nibbling selectively with a view to load up more on confirmation of improving sentiment. I suspect you'll end up +ve by EOY. ATB | aishah
12/12/2023 19:20 | Things could go the opposite way of course. | battlebus2
12/12/2023 18:23 | Only need 1 more day like today. 😊 | eeza
12/12/2023 18:20 | A good day for the portfolio as it finished up 1.7%. The majority of that was down to MSI and their wonderful interims. I can only see things improving for them. My YTD is -1.28%, I’m wondering if I can finish breakeven. That didn’t seem likely a few months back. 🤞 | battlebus2
12/12/2023 07:13 | MSI excellent interim results with profit and EPS doubling. Outlook especially in defence should see another step change. Dividend up from 2p to 3p. Couldn’t be happier 👏 | battlebus2
11/12/2023 20:46 | A poor start to the week, down 1% today with ORCH GTC CSSG among the reds. | battlebus2
10/12/2023 12:48 | Anything is possible. | battlebus2
10/12/2023 12:06 | Good week last week with portfolio now -3.98% for the year. Good performers in WEN and CRST. 3 weeks of 2023 left, we couldn't get it all back could we. | cowie19
09/12/2023 10:13 | Next week will likely make or break the portfolio for 2023 with some top companies reporting including MSI DRV and possibly ORCH alongside those surprise RNS’s. Good fortunes everyone. | battlebus2
08/12/2023 17:23 | Another good week 🆙 1% and -1.98% YTD, the best it’s been for some months. New highs for MSI, OMG buying back at £1. De-risked a few QRT. Trading update from PRV helped them back over £6. Hopefully markets will continue this little 🎅 rally. Have a good one everyone 🥃🎄 | battlebus2
08/12/2023 16:24 | Markets having a great afternoon it seems. | battlebus2
08/12/2023 07:08 | CTG activity levels higher but contract delays until after Christmas mean it’s another profits warning. | battlebus2
07/12/2023 23:30 | Thanks David | battlebus2
07/12/2023 23:25 | We do not record at our physical shows any more. The show this Monday is recorded and goes out to everyone who is an annual pass holder | davidosh |
