SDI valuation has been under a lot of pressure this year which is either telling us something or Mr Market is overly depressive. With a 5 year view I continue to expect good things if the past is a good benchmark

Its amazing the amount of folks on twitter, that think they are economic experts, one minute we are going in recession the next we aren't. These so called experts constantly call it wrong

No doubt they'll increase again at the next meeting. Cost of borrowing becoming horrendous for small businesses and other borrowers. 800k fixed rate mortgages ending in H2 this year. We're a long way off the 2% target set by the BOE
