Many of these REITs now look incredibly attractive.

You would naturally think that there must be M&A activity in this sector sooner or latter. with so many standing at wide discounts to NAV loads are ripe for takeovers..

Good update for THRL, 99% rent collection, Dividend covered, 33% discount to the NAV. This will surely recover over the next 12 months.

Knowing that MSI are going to have a record H1 due to the delayed contracts from H2 feeding through, I am expecting the valuation to stay buoyant right through to the December interims. 13p dividend lands this month for shareholders too.

Not sure what data Justin is looking at. Telegraph yesterday:
"Families took on more debt last month than at any point since 2018, as soaring costs put household finances under increasing strain. Consumer credit jumped by £1.7bn on the month, according to the Bank of England, as shoppers built up their debts again after paying down their accounts in the pandemic. Households have £215bn of consumer debt, with just over £66bn on credit cards and almost £149bn of other debts, including overdrafts and hire purchase agreements."

The fix mortgage timebomb is yet to come. But that won't stop the BOE from raising rates this week.
