I'm not sure if there is ever a "true" price for this one, the way the MM's play it, and the trades that go through the SETS board.

A 1m share put-through @ 69c; and the bid price up again to 68.25c.

68c Bid. slowly but surely...

In fact very slowly but surely; still, reaching 68c Bid perhaps
suggests the tap is either exhausted or decided to hold off a
while - a sensible thing to do when the NAV discount is still
40%!

We may see the pace quicken a bit now...

Now 67.25-68c as someone pays 68c for 78k.

Technically we could be approaching a Reverse Head & Shoulders breakout.

Encouraging to see JPEL making some small progress again after the Q1'13 consolidation of the Dec'12 gain.

Still need to see a clear Strategic Review to get these back to the more appropriate ratings of their peers. A dividend policy would do the trick - as per FPEO & NBPE...

Further good news hopefully with Oasis Healthcare likely to change hands. Even though it's only about 1.5% of assets, a sale above carrying value will be welcome.

It will be the sentiment from the sale that will be more important. Hopefully they can get it away at NAV or above.

Not a massive holding, but JPEL have got a position in Civica which looks as if it is going to be sold.

David - yes, 42% NAV discount, but the 27th Feb. asset sale will knock $4.9m off the underlying assets, so back to $1.12 for a 40.5% discount at end Feb.

Pleasing NAV, and another beneficiary of a weak pound. Still plenty of stock around though; just picked up stock in the middle.

The sale today allows them to use cash rather then the overdraft. All good. A bit more debt reduction and I will very interested if the discount is still wide.
