Yes, highly encouraging; and 127k @ 90c is a pretty good initial commitment! He was only appointed to the Board last week:

With the Realisation Class now only 11 months away, I'm looking at closer to a $ as my target. Just hope the FX doesn't negate it!

End Dec'14 NAV up to $1.21; that's a 2.5% gain on the month:

Takes the discount up to 28%, so massively mispriced versus their peers where the average discount is now in the 18% range.

Stock still available at 87c

Particularly interesting to read the Monthly Review; and note that Fibrogen are now 30% higher (after 50%!!!) and DAIG are 19% higher. Just wish we didn't have 33% in Europe. But in spite of Euro weakness there are many saying European stocks should do well in 2015:

Hi Tilts - coming to the end of my 4weeks away at Physio Boot Camp - a truly excellent health establishment; but the food is not what you would expect in France!!!

Unfortunately my mobile funds also came to an unexpected end; can't deal online with Sippdeal in foreign currency stocks; so unable to top-up. Most frustrating!

I assume the two propcos are ARTL & LXB. The latter continuing to make hard work of it. Do you have any idea what the Truro Living Village asset was valued at? I assumed not a lot. IMO just a matter of time there, so will wait upon events...

Impressive period of performance since they broke 80c, and now a million gone through at 85c.

Might get to my target of 90c sooner than I thought.

I'm looking for 90c and with a weak currency, it should translate into a decent turn. If there continues to be good newsflow, I will probably continue to hold in the absence of more attractive options.

Always pleased to find I'm in good company.

I think the eventual break through 80c was the final and incontrovertible signal to get into these...

Obvious Market headwinds, nevertheless we seem to be gradually pulling away from the 80c resistance:

Might JPEL finally be pulling away from the 80c holding station established by January’s buy-back & placing. If so, then 91c is the clear target. May take a little time, but if we start to see some NAV gains then that might hasten things along a bit.
