A very positive Holdings RNS yesterday. The well-respected British Empire Securities and General Trust (BTEM) has increased its stake by 25% from 10m to 12.5m shares. Should help to hoover out the recent tap seller....

Hi guys. Only just come across JPEL + am trying to get my head around the investment case. There doesn't appear to be any regular distributions to shareholders so I assume that this is purely a capital growth story? The shares appear to be trading at c36% discount to NAV. Why such a big discount in the current bullish markets? And what is going to cause a narrowing of that discount? I see that they are gradually paying down debt to reduce gearing.

Sorry for so many questions. Have trawled through recent news releases + monthly reports + am still struggling to understand the investment case. Any assistance much appreciated. TIA.

Also I emailed Rosemary DeRise at JPEL and she came straight back with:

"We hope to release the JPEL March NAV this week, subject to internal legal & compliance review (as is our normal procedure)."

jaws - if you mean the ZDP redemption RNS in the Header, then of course. But that makes no reference to the NAV & Monthly Report - now overdue...

Still, if the share price keeps rising as it is - no matter!
