14/6/2023 23:38 | 'Directors selling off options in unison'? Hardly. The Executive President of Operations (who is not in fact a director) exercised and sold £35k worth of options and the CFO exercised around £40k worth, of which he sold only £20k, to cover the tax liability. Hardly a disaster, given the large share purchases immediately after the bid fell through. | gargoyle2

22/5/2023 11:50 | From the above very positive report is ... 'It is our understanding that Apollo's decision to withdraw was not related to any information revealed by the due diligence phase of the approach. This does not come as a surprise to us, given Apollo will have already analysed the extensive financial information published recently by Wood Group, including its financial statements for the year to December 2022 which were published alongside the full year results presentation on the 28th of March 2023.' | pogue
